RequiredThe bidder shall submit copies of recently issued/executed Orders or Performance Certificates issued within the last five financial years, i.e., FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, for supply of offered material or similar electrical and instrumentation items to (Please refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and documents to be uploaded)

RequiredTechnical specifications, product catalogues, brochures and datasheets pertaining to the offered materials, along with relevant technical particulars such as make, model, type, operating voltage, rating and suitability for the intended application, shall be furnished.

RequiredThe bidder shall confirm that the offered Zero Speed Switch (Sl. No. 1) and Sensor Probe (Sl. No. 2) covered under the Bill of Materials are of the same make and are mutually compatible for satisfactory operation. Supporting product catalogues, technical datasheets or manufacturer's literature shall be furnished in support of the same.

OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.

OptionalThe company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt. Department/PSU due to any reason.
