Electrical panel shall be provided for operation of chilled water pump mentioned in Sr. no. 2 Control panel shall be conform to IEC 60439, IP 65 compliant. Panel shall be fabricated from MS sheet of minimum 1.6 mm thickness, powder coated with 7 tank dip process. Panel shall be floor/wall mounted as per site conditions. Panel GA drawing to be approved by ARAI In charge before fabrication. all necessary star delta starter/ MCB/switchgear/hardware shall be provided for proper operation of pump, as per OEM recommendation. Panel shall have provisions to provide all safety interlocks like dry run, over load, under current, single phase protection, etc. for safe and proper working of pump. All necessary hardware to be provided by bidder. ON and OFF push buttons to be provided on panel for pump operation. Panel shall have ON/OFF/TRIP LED indication lamps to indicate pump status. Panel shall have R/Y/B phase indication lamps on panel. Panel shall have main isolation switch/MCB. Panel shall have top/bottom entry for cabling, as per site conditions. Proper glands to be used. Panel shall have appropriate ventilation arrangement. VFD for pumps is to be considered. Panel AC is to considered with apprpiate size as per the panel requirement.
