Taking out accumulated mixture of sludge and sludge water from underground raw sump of South Zone STP & disposal of the same to a distance exc 25 mtr and not exc 50 mtr to drying bed at South Zone STP and spreading leveling etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : This operation shall be carried out once in every three months)

Taking out accumulated mixture of sludge and sludge water from clarifiers (Primary and secondary) of STP and disposal of the same to a distance exc 25 mtr and not exc 50 mtr to drying bed and spreading leveling etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : This operation shall be carried out once in every three months)

Taking out accumulated sludge and foreign particles from screen chamber of South Zone STP and depositing to drying bed at distance not exc 25 mtr spreading, levelling complete all as specified and directed. (Note : This cleaning work shall be done once in a day and every operation shall be measured and paid separately).

Cleaning of blockage of Primary & secondary Bio-filter (each bio-filter consists of four arms) nozzle by wire or by opening the nozzle lid complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : This cleaning work shal be done once in every day and every operation shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking out accumulate dry sludge (Dry manure) from drying beds and removing from site all as directed. (Note : The drying manure obtain from this item shall become contractors property and recovery shall be made in advance with credit schedule).

M&L for painting of CI pipe 200/ 150/ 100/ 50 mm dia carring sewage with one coat of black paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling defective current collector assembly of primary and secondary clarifiers and refixing in position after carrying out servicing/ replacement of the following worn-out parts as given below after re-doing all electrical connections complete all as specified and directed. (a) Carbon brush with spring as per existing size and specification - 4 Nos. (b) Carbon brush holder as per existing size and specification - 04 Nos. (c) Cleaning/greasing of centre bearing of clarifier bridge all as directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 25x4mm (earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5m ) by means of bolts, nut, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Pt-I 2009, GI earth lead strip of size 25x4 mm protected by GI pipe 40mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation & earthwork including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old damage 20 HP centrifugal Stator frame (yoke), isolate the motor pump coupling by removing the coupling guard, remove the coupling bolts and separate the motor from the pump, disconnect electrical cable from the terminal box and Tag them, Remove the end cover and rotor, carefully withdraw the rotor straight out from the stator, Remove the stator assembly from the frame using hydraulic or mechanical press, gently push the stator core assembly out of the old frame, Prepare the new frame by cleaning all mounting surfaces and air passages, Apply a thin coat of anti-rust paint or insulating varnish inside the frame, Fit the stator core and winding into the frame, make sure the core is centered and seated firmly, reinstall locking wedges or scews to secure the core, Reassemble the rotor and end cover, Reconnect all electrical and mechanical parts, Test insulation resistance, Check earth continuity, Perform no load test run-run motor without pump to verify smooth vibration free operation, listen to abnormal noise or bearing heat, After satisfactory test reconnect to the pump and resume operation. (Note:- Rate of New Stator frame includes in the item and supply of other spare parts required for servicing in place of wornout parts shall be measured and paid seprate under relevant items)

M&L for complete servicing of 20 HP pump, Isolate power supply, Drain the pump, Remove suction and discharge flanges or hoses, clean the external pump body with wire brush and water, Remove motor from pump base, disconnect the coupling between motor and shaft carefully, open pump housing by unbolt the casing bolts and gently lift the upper casing using a hoist or lever, unscrew the impeller nut and pull the impeller off the shaft, Remove bearing and shaft assembly, inspect and remove wear rings, bushings, gaskets. Clean all Parts, use diesel, degreaser or high-Pressure water to remove grease, sludge and all corrosion from all components, Inspect for damage- check impeller vanes for erosion, cancks or imbalance, inspect pump casing for pitting out thinning due to corrosion, measure shaft runout and bearing fits complete all as specified and directed. Reassemble the pump by installing bearing on shaft, fit shaft assembly into bearing housing, fit mechanical seal and shaft sleeve, install impeler, assemble pump casing and connect motor and coupling, Reconnect all electrical connections with starter/ control pannel, Reconnect pipework (Suction/ Discharge Flange)
