Arrival and Departure arrangements at Kathmandu
(a) 1 x 22 seater bus and 01 x Light Vehicle for three days for local duties in Kathmandu on arrival and 1 x 22 seater bus and 01 x light vehicle for three days for local duties before departure from Kathmandu on completion of the expedition.
(b) Food and accommodation charges at Kathmandu in Standard 4 Star Hotel for 05 nights prior to departure and 05 nights on completion of the expedition. Charges for Local sightseeing to Pashupatinath and Boudha temple both before and after completion of the expedition for entire team and a visit to Pokhara for the entire team after the completion of the expedition.
CustomClearance. Custom clearance, liaison, coordination, documentation and all related services at Kathmandu Airport, Sunnoli Boarder and other places as required. Handling Agency will be responsible for moving of expedition stores to Kathmandu and ahead to Kanchenjunga Base Camp and provide reception transport, boarding, lodging with all meals enroute from Sunnoli to Kathmandu. The agency will be responsible for ensuring safety of stores during transit to Kathmandu and ahead and will make up for losses enroute, if any. Handling Agency will be responsible for all transportation and custom clearance.
Coordination with Govt of Nepal. Complete coordination with Ministry of Tourism, Govt of Nepal, Nepal Tourism boarder (NTB) for completion of all formalities and clearance to include necessary Permits, Permission and Clearances, including Radio Sets, Satellite Phones, Cameras, Drone flying/ DSLR Camera Equipment, Technical Equipment, clothing, Oxygen etc.
Permit charges for the following
(a) Peak royalty for 22 Team members
(b) All other misc permits/charges/fees applicable for the team member during the entire conduct of the expedition.
(c) Complete coordination with Ministry of Tourism, Govt of Nepal, Nepal Tourism boarder (NTB) for completion of all formalities and clearance to include necessary Permits, Permission and Clearances, including Radio Sets, Satellite Phones, Cameras, Drone flying/ DSLR Camera Equipment, Technical Equipment, clothing, Oxygen etc.
4 Litre drinking water per day per person during trek.
(e) Kanchenjunga Pollution Control Committee/ agency , Rope fixing cost till camp II for 20 team members.
(f) Expedition Operators Association of Nepal (EOA),Rope fixing cost from Camp II to Summit for 20 team members
(g) National Park, Rural Municipality Entrance fee,Garbage deposit, and all other misc. permits/charges/fees applicable for the team member during the entire conduct if the expedition.
(h) Filming; professional camera, DSLR, and drone permit ,Drone Handler ,recording and feed to be provided by agency
Mov from Kathmandu to Bhdrapur& back
(a) 1 x 22 Seater bus, 1x light vehicle from hotel to Kathmandu airport on departure from Kathmandu for Bhadrapur and from airport to hotel after completion of the expedition.
(b) Charges for air movement of 22 team members from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur and back after the expedition.
(c) Move of Expedition stores of team (approximately three tons) from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur (by air/ road), Bhadrapur to Kanchenjunga Base Camp by yaks/porters and return (approximately three tons) from Base Camp to Bhadrapur and Bhadrapur to Kathmandu.

(a) Food and accommodation of 22 member team for 05 nights from Bhadrapur to Tseram,, 03 nights at Tseram and Heli flight from Tseram to Base camp. While return journey heli from base camp to Tapethok and drive down from Tapethok to Bhadrapur and by air from Bhadrapur to Kathmandu

(a) 22 x Living Tents for team members
(b) 22 x Mattresses sleeping for team members.
(c) 3 x Kitchen Tent (Base Camp & Higher Camp) with central working system.
(d) 2 x Dining Tent with 32 chairs and 12 tables.
(e) 4 x Kero/LPG Gas Heater arrangement at Base Camp for dining tents.
(f) 2 x Store Tents with tarpaulin ground cover in all.

(l) 3 x Generator Sets (2.5 KV) including 300 ltr petrol and 10 ltr lubricants for the entire duration of the expedition
(m) 3 x Large size Solar Panels with Inverter (Ch capacity) Sets. (minimum charging capacity of one solar panel should be 250 watts)
(n) Please specify the type of tents and mattress being provided along with the charges. Four season tents and mattress Should be of good quality, spacious and comfortable.
(o) 1 x Entertainment Tent with one smart LED TV (56”), with DTH and internet Connection with subscription and collection of Adventure Hindi & Eng movies.
(p) Separate Dining, Toilet & living tents for Agency staff & kitchen staff etc.
(q) 500 GB Data pack at Base Camp
Base Camp Services to be Provided by the Handling Agency
(a) Kitchen Staff at Base Camp. Please specify the charges for 45 days stay of 22 team members at Base Camp.

(ii) Cook Assistants. 02 x Cook assistants at KBC
(iii) Kitchen Staff. 05 x Kitchen staff (Labour/ porters to help the cook at KBC
Note: All logistics, wages, salary, equipment, insurance, food and accommodation and all transportation fees (land and air) regarding the kitchen staffs to be included. Cooks to be experienced at cooking in altitudes up to and beyond 20,000 feet and should be well trained in culinary skills. Should have participated in at least 2 international expeditions. Ration. Sumptuous high caloric, all variety rations and required hydration for Team and Sherpas, to be provided for entire duration of the expedition.

(iii) Tea with afternoon snack.
(iv) Breakfast, lunch and dinner to have a Indian, Nepalese and Chinese cuisine.
(v) Fresh 1 x Non Vegetarian (Meat, chicken or fish) dish every day with lunch and dinner, Extra vegetarian dish for vegetarian members.
(vi) 1 x Fresh vegetable dish with every meal.
(vii) 1 x Dish of Dal.
(viii) Fresh salad with every meal.
(ix) Fresh fruit with lunch.
(x) Sweet Dish after dinner.
(xi) Evening tea with snack.
(xii) Soup.
(xiii) Evening Hot Drink.
(xiv) Variety of juices, beverages and dry fruit (as approved by the expedition team).
(xv) Variety of sweets, chocolates etc for load ferries (as members of the expedition team)
(xvi) Variety of dry fruits (as approved by the expedition team)
(xvii) 24-48 hours of emergency ration.
(xviii) All above aspects will be finalized in consultation with the team.

Ration. Above Camp II till Summit Camp for 20 Climbing/ support members: -
(a) In addition to the routine mentioned at serial (a) variety of juices, beverages, dry fruit, variety of sweets, chocolates etc will be provided to team, MRE Tinned, Dehydrated variety of food and Hydrated drinks will be collected for higher camps as per services mentioned at Serial 12 (a), will be provided to the extent possible. High calories Energy Gel (10 sachet pkt each member)
(b) High Energy Special Ration for 22 members for the duration above Base Camp. Please specify food items which will be provided by agencies.
Note: All rations should be adequate for the entire Nepalese expedition staffs at the BC and higher camps.
Liaison Officer Charges
(a) Liaison Officers will accompany the team from Kathmandu. Please specify the required number of liaison officers along with all expenses, conditions and services of LO nominated by Ministry of Tourism Govt of Nepal for duration of the expedition including daily wages, Insurance, Food and Accommodation & all other applicable charges.
Facilities and Services for Higher camps
(a) Cooks. 02 x Cooks for Higher Camps.
(b) Cook Assistants. 02 x cook assistants for Higher Camp.
(c) Kitchen Staff. 04 x Kitchen staff (Labour/ porters to help the cook) at Higher Camp.

Tentage. Above Base Camp till Summit Camp
(a) Living tents above Base Camp for 20 members (North Face or Mountain Hard Wear tents or similar) please mention no of tents being provided for the team. Adequate reserve tents will be carried.
(b) 2 x Scaled down Kitchen Tents with central working system in Camp I and Camp II.
(c) 1 x store tent in Camp II.
(d) 2 x scaled down dining tents in Camp I and Camp II
(e) Adequate Water filters, purifier, thermos to be catered for use at Base Camp/Camp 2 and higher camps.
Note: Meals and high foods above Camp II (Camp III and Camp IV) are to be served in climber's living tents by Sherpas. High and hygenic quality of utensils, cutlery and basic serving dishes. Titanium plate with handle, spoon, fork, mug to be provided to very member, for use above Base Camp. Required tentage facilities for all Nepalese expedition staffs should also be managed by the Handling agency.
Sherpa/Support Staff
(a) 12 Climbing Sherpas and one Sherpa Sirdar
(b) Charges of Sherpa Sirdar to include daily wages, equipment allowances, insurance, food & accommodation, airfare, load ferry bonus and Summit Bonus.
(c)Charges per Sherpa for 12 Climbing Sherpas for following heads to include daily wages, equipment allowances, insurance, food & accommodation, airfare,loadferry bonus and Summit Bonus.
(d) Additional 10 Sherpas(with requisite permit till Summit) to assist in emergency rescue and evacuation.
(e) The Sherpa Sirdar should have summited Kanchenjunga at least 03 times with last summit between 2023 to 2024.
Oxygen Cylinder, Mask and Regulator
(a) Hiring Cost per new oxygen Cylinder (Germany EMS,/ISO Certified) 6 bottles per climbing member, 4 bottles per Sherpa, (total 208 approx. bottles)
(b) Hiring cost per new Oxygen mask (Topout/ poisk)
Note: - 12 xMask (extra as Reserve)
(d) 12 x masks and regulators to be carried by the Handling agency during the climbing period. Note: - 12 x Regulator (extra as Reserve)

Communications
(a) Internet services at Base Camp.
(b) Hiring charges for 03 Satellite phone with 180 minutes talktime recharge each for communicating and reporting with Delhi during the conduct of expedition.
(c) Charges for 12 x hand held radio sets with permit.
(d) Charges for two Base Station (one at Base Camp and one at higher camp).
(e) Hiring of 03 x GPS Tracker
Casualty Evacuation. EmergencyCasualty Evacuation by Air from Base/ higher Camp to Kathmandu. Repatriation, hospitalization, medical & life insurance for all team membersand return of fit members to Base camp by Air.
Weather Forecast System
Means of obtaining weather forecast. - Swiss Meteo test and National Weather forecast, during the entire expedition period (at least one international and one national weather forecast reports should be available for the team at a dailybasis)
Note: The format and specification of the weather forecasting system to be used should be submitted along with the tender document.
Kitchen at Base Camp and Higher Camps
(a) A fully functional kitchen will be established at BC and a scaled down Kitchen at Higher Camps with central working.
(b) Cooks to be experienced at cooking in altitudes up to and beyond 20,000 feet and should be well trained in culinary skills. Should have participated in at least 2 international expeditions.
(c) High and hygenic quality of utensils, cutlery and basic serving dishes. Titanium plate with handle, spoon, fork, mug to be provided to very member, for use above Base Camp.
(d) Adequate Water filters, purifier, thermos to be catered for use at Base Camp/Camp 2 and higher camps.
Misc expenses (Amount not being included in overall total)
Please specify the charges to conduct the Special Puja at:-
(a) Puja ceremony in Kathmandu at Pashupatinath and Buddha.
(b) Puja ceremony at basecamp
(c) Any other expenses that might incur in extra activities.
Special Note: Handling Agency
(a) The Handling agency should be established and in active existence for at least seven years
(b) The handling agency must be registered with the Department of Tourism under the Certificate of Compliance to letter No 2081/82 dated 26 September 2024 of Department of Tourism, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of Nepal, and the Nepal Mountaineering Association.

Operation Plan to be Submitted
The following listed and elaborate plans should be submitted by the handling agency along with the tender document.
(a) Full proof Communication plan, satellite phone, GPS device, radio sets and base stations (spec required with details) must submit.
(a) Full proof Rescue plan, along with uses of Helicopter (contract with Heli company), Gears and Equipment details, rescue sirdar, Hospital (contract with hospital), (submit all spec and eveidences).
(b) Full Proof Logistic Plan with explanation. With specification.

(a) Packing Material and Packing arrangement in Delhi including manpower
(b) Flag off ceremony - Photo and Video Arrangement - Photography, media, publicity and making of Kanchenjunga Movie (Pre expedition)
(c) Transportation of all personal baggages from Delhi - Nepal border via Truck approx 3000 KG (3 Tons) : From New Delhi to Nepal border by road, (Loads will be handed over in New Delhi and collected at Base Camp and while de-induction will be handed over at Base Camp and collected at New Delhi).
