Demolation of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick,block or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to mach the shad of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortat 1:6

M&L for Machine cut kota single stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of step , dado etc, piece machine polished laid over and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in gery cement and pigment to match the colour of slab,10mm thick rendering as in backing coat for skirting/dado in CM (1:3) with on wall surfaces complete as specified .

M & L Marble (makrana white/black) work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms, strips,borders and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade and also polishing including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise.

S&F Non Skid ceramic colured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick quare/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 20mm thcik screed bed in CM 1:6.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles 450X 350X 7mm/450X300X7mm in size, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm in CM 1:6 & top layer of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacess with WPC incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified. (water proofing compound shall be paid separetaly)

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over ceiling surfaces complete incl finishing the surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered or concrete surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash all as specified

M&L 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with waterproofing compound on padding layer for roof treatment all as directed and as specified by Engr-in- Charage. (Note :- WPC shall be measureded and paid seperately supply only.)

Supply only Liquid waterproofing compound

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
