work described including all cost and expenses which may be required

for the execution of the work described together with all general risks,

liabilities and obligations set further or implied in the documents on

which the tender is based.

2 Bidder shall have to quote Percentage (Plus/Equal/Minus) from the price

schedule given. Rates must be submitted online only.

3 Percentage (Plus/Equal/ Minus) quoted by tenderer shall be firm even if

the scope in the contract reduced/increased.
