M&L for square rubble walling Jodhpur type regular course well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item Ser No 4.00 but except stone. Note:- Old stone shall be reused as obtained from item Ser No 3.00

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/key pointed or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unpastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc by brooming down or wire brushing removing dust, dirt etc scrapping smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts, removing oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster in any description from concrete/stone surfaces scrubing down with water etc and its removal from site etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of stone masonry surfaces of external wall in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair facesof stone masonry surfaces of internal wall in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, over and including a coat of 1mm thick wall putty complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc by brooming down or wire brushing removing dust, dirt etc scrapping smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts, removing oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, over and including a coat of chalk whiting as priming coat complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling in CM 1:3 incuding finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, concrete shall be laid in alternate bays not exceeding 3.00 m in length, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in base concrete to floor finish complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut Kota stone 16-18mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete (mirror face) as in flooring/treads of steps over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as approved and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removal of debris/rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut Kota stone 16-18 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick screed in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete (mirror face) as approved and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), coloured tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

All as per item No 19 but as in skirting incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), coloured tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick (glossy finish) on walls/vertical surfaces including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint including prepration of old treated steel surfaces of girth exc 10cm complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing water tanks (PVC/RCC/AC) exc 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified.

S&F 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top three layer) hoisted and fixed in position incl 20mm dia bore ball valve PTMT high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete all as specified.

Demolition of PCC floor and pavings (un-reinfored) n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and including floor finishes etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as spd.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified.

M&L for polythene film, 400 micron thick laid over sand layer complete all as specified.

M&L for 150mm thick PQC controlled (quality) cement concrete of minimum flexural strength of 40 kg per Sqcm in field at 28 days lower control limit (LCL) in pavement slabs using minimum 400 kg of cement per cubic metre laid in bays to required gradient and camber including necessary formwork and using non-circular synthetic fibre Recron 3S @0.25% by weight of cement complete all as specified.

M&L for forming contraction/dummy joints 70mm deep and 6mm wide (using diamond cutter) and top 13mm (minimum above back up rod) filled with polyurethane sealant and priming the sides with two coats of primer, provision of closed cell polyethelne back up rod 8mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and give a neat finished to the sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed. The sealant shalk conform to IS-5818 and MAV of +30% with 10 years warranty.

M&L for forming construction joint 8 mm wide and 80mm deep for quality concrete slab cleaning the complete joint and top primed with primer and filled 10mm with pooyurethane thermo setting type sealant over 10mm deep polythene back up material and pasting polythene adhesive tape all along on the both the edges of joint and removing the same after filling and tooling the material inside the joint to remove spilled over material including one coat of lime wash on the vertical surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete pavements by brooming complete all as specified.
