S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire 50 x 50 mm mesh made up into matress or cages lapped, wired and laid in position and fixed complete to steel members exc 4 kg per sqm fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item as supply only)

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and paving finished cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered wall surface over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block, roman Italic or Indian) exc 10cm but not exceeding 30cm high complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying acrylic cementitious, elastomeric, two component waterproof coating of master builders solution or equivalent, by mixing both the components to a lump free consistency by suitable means and applied on the prepared surface in 2 or 3 coats at an interval of 4 to 8 hours between coats, depending on the atmospheric conditions, applied at a total consumption of 3 kg/sqm to achieve a total dry fill thickness of 1.5 mm and coating shall be continued along the wall and allowed to cure etc. (Note : Coating shall offer the following performance properties.) 1. Tensile strength- 1 MPa as per ASTM D 412 2. Elongation- 35% as per ASTM D 412 3. Water penetration – No leakage at 5 bars as per DIN 1048

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base/ floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC (1:1.5:3) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring etc finshed surface of concrete by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, grade 'A' filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming construction joint filled with grade 'A' mastic compound 30mm deep and 10mm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as reinforcement. cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified.

S&F as in repairs gun metal gate valve of size 50 mm bore conforming to IS: 778 with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 50 mm dia. steel tubing and connections including for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pipes galvanised medium grade including fittings of dia 50 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for grouting of RCC wall and other RCC surfaces with cement slurry by mixing 50 kg of cement with 18 to 22 litre of water with admixture of FOSROC CEBEX 100 (Plasticized expanding grout admixture) about 225 gms per 50 kg of cement by drilling upto 12 mm dia hole in floor @ 300 mm C/C upto required depth and grouting / pumping the grout with mechanically powered grout mixer upto 10 kg for each hole as per manufacturer ‘s instructions and sealing the hole after grouting (GROUT = WATER + CEMENT + FOSROC CEBEX 100 in proportion) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, FRLS cable etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.71mm thick plain, aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for computer designed and reflective sticker in the shape of numerical/ symbol/ letters etc approved make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Size and shape of numerical symbols/ letters etc shall be as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (ii) Size of symbols/ numerical/ letters etc shall be measured to over all dimensions only. (iii) Colour of stickers shall be approved by the Engr-in-Charge before incorporation in work
