Note :- 1) Bidder shall provide hard barricading of height 3.00 mtrs as per given specification without any extra cost. Providing & erecting high temporary barricading at site made of min 40X40X6mm angle iron or 50X50X3mm hollow MS tube posts/ horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63 mm thick MM sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5 mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawings /directions of EIC which includes writing & painting, glow lamps, reflective signs as directed by EIC. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously including shifting of barricading as many times as required during the execution of the entire work. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on the completion of work. 2.) All safety & security regulations shall be followed strictly as per specifications & conditions of contract. 3.) The contractor shall provide sleeveless Jackets to the workers in required pattern, colour showing name of contractor with address and telephone number as approved by the Engineer in charge. All the workers must wear the same while on duty. 4.) Contractor has to make his own arrangements for regulating the work by providing sign boards for Diversion, Men at Work. Danger, Work in progress, Diversions/ Change of Directions etc. at his own cost during exectutuion of work as directed by the Department.

I. Earthwork

Felling down carefully trees of girth (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the location as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

a) Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm

b) Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth

c) Beyond 120 cm girth upto and including 240 cm girth

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in over areas / foundations in all kind of soils upto the depths specified below including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, dewatering if necessary including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas /foundations in ordinary rock up to the depths specified below including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including dewatering if necessary , getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in over areas/foundations in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by chiseling, wedging or any other approved method viz. using plasma cutting with diesel plasma gun under 3.5Kg/Sqcm pressure, including air compressor, followed by pneumatic chieselling or using non explosive expansive chemical agents , including drilling of holes as specified by manufacture, filling of expansive chemical, followed by pneumatic chiseling upto the depths specified below including dewatering if necessary , dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

Excavation in Cutting/Banking/Filling for site leveling or leveling over areas, around the buildings, in plinth, flooring, road formation, aprons, etc., to required levels by mechanical means in all kinds of Soils except Soft and Hard Rock, conveying the approved excavated earth within 2000 m lead, depositing in layers not exceeding 250mm in thickness, spreading, breaking clods, lumps, watering, dressing, levelling, compacting and consolidating each layer of the filled earth by watering and consolidating with 8 to 10 Ton roller, to proctor density of 95%, dressing the top and sides to correct levels, slopes/camber, grades, profiles, etc., including clearing of all the areas involving excavation and filling, of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, cutting of trees upto 300mm girth measured at 1.0m above ground level, etc., and disposing the spoils to places as directed, etc., complete all as directed. Note: 1. Soil should be disposed of within 200 mts. 2. Quantity of cutting will be measured for payment

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means foundation trenches & drains, pipes cables (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kind of soils upto the depths specified below including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including dewatering if any getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead within NFC complete as specified and directed by EIC

Dewatering underground water or continous seeping water using suitable pump/or pumps of required capacity for pumping out seepage water or mud water including all equipment , manpower, drain pipes, cleaning the area complete as specified and directed. Note :- This item will be measured and paid only if continous pumping of inflow water is to be performed for more than an hour in one go and min capacity of pump shall be 5Hp.

Lead charges within NFC over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively

b) For Debris/rock withn NFC

II. CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) :

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas.

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 35 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 440 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-20 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement.

III. FORM WORK :

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using Film faced plywood of at least 12mm thick Greenply,Woodstock,Indian plywood MFG.Ltd (Anchor), Century,or any other approved make conforming to IS 4990 by EIC to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, steel proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) This item is applicable for all PCC and RCC structural elements like footings/raft, columns, tiebeam, plinth beam, basement slab etc., for all heights/levels. 2) Only steel scaffolding, staging, supporting system to the formwork will have to be used for all RCC structural elements for all floors & at all levels/heights. 3) All surfaces adjacent to EPs, etc., shall be in true line and level & irregularities, if any, shall be rounded by mechanical grinding, chiseling, finishing the same using epoxy silica sand mortar (M/s. FOSROC/M/s. Dr. Fixit or other approved make by EIC) at no extra payment. 4) The design and drawings of formwork shall be submitted alongwith calculations for approval before commencement of work. 5) Form finish F3 shall be provided to all exposed surfaces of the concrete. 6) Sacrificial Tie Rod (coil nut) only will be permitted to use in formwork at no extra cost, However, concrete cover should be maintained to the tie rods. (No through and through rods will be permitted) 7) Design of shuttering to be submitted and approved by EIC

IV. REINFORCEMENT & STRUCTURAL STEEL

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using rolled steel joists, angles, channels, plates in built up sections, Trusses (Complete Truss system consisting of Trusses, Purlins, Bracings, Gusset Plates, Base Plates etc.,) and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint over One (1) coat of Zinc Chromate primer of make M/s. Asian Paints, Johnson and Nicklson, Berger, Nerolac, etc., complete as specified and directed Note: The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated.

a) Rolled steel joists, angles, channels

b) For M.S Plates/Chequered Plates

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using Square Hollow Sections/Rectangular Hollow Sections/Steel Tubes conforming to IS 4923/ IS 1161 for Trusses (Complete Truss system consisting of Trusses, Purlins, Bracings, Gusset Plates, Base Plates etc.,) and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, Appollo, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint over One (1) coat of Zinc Chromate primer of make M/s. Asian Paints, Johnson and Nicklson, Berger, Nerolac, etc., complete as specified and directed. a) Tubular truss

Providing and fixing in position Anchor Shells/Expansion shells (10 mm/12mm dia and 100-150 mm long) of approved make of Hilti, Fischer or Bosch of best quality of diameter as specified for anchoring supporting structural steel columns of required size/length including drilling holes in RCC flooring, cleaning of holes, aligning bolts to position, proper level, Bolts,Washers Labour, etc., complete as directed. Note: All the bolts, nuts and washers shall have Galvanized Coating. MTC shall be submitted for Coating and Mechanical Properties

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes of GI in medium quality conforming to relevant BIS codes of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer as per drawing in line, level and plumb complete as directed.

PRE-ENGINEERING STRUCTURE : Supply and Fabrication at Factory, Pre Engineered Frames, Purlins, Side cladding runners (Girts), sky lights, roof extractors, ventilators etc., by cutting, welding, straightening at workshop, conveying, assembling, erecting at work site at all levels by bolts and nuts including subsequent field welding, drilling, grinding, bolting wherever required and hoisting in position for structural steel work. The job includes provision of cold formed sectional members for Z purlins/girts, pre-engineered frames using M.S Plates, tie beams, catwalk, crane girders, platforms, ladders for the members wherever required as per design, suitable supporting system for fixing polycarbonate/translucent sheeting to prevent dislodging etc., complete as specified and directed.

Primary Members :- Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Primary Structural Steel Members including rafters, columns, Crane Gantries, etc., of built up sections made out of M.S Plates having minimum thickness of 8.00mm and minimum strength not less than Grade E 350 as per the Table -1 of IS 2062 : 2011 to relavent ASTM manufactured by M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL make including sand blasting & painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1(One) coat of Zinc Chromate primer of make M/s. Asian Paints, Johnson and Nickelson, Berger, Nerolac, etc., including welding with MIG/MAG welding in a well established workshop using electrodes or fillers of make M/s. L&T, D&H, Advani, etc., transportation of members to site, bolting as per IS 4000 / welding at field by MIG/MAG, erecting members using suitable cranes/jigs/pulleys in line , level, plumb etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: 1) The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated. Thickness of the Washer shall not be less than 5mm. 2) Weight of nuts, bolts and washers will not be measured and paid and same shall be considered while quoting the rates.

Purlins and Girt Members: Providing and Fixing Secondary Structural members including Purlins, Girt members, Eaves, Struts, Ridges and other items made out of Galvanized cold rolled sheets of Z shape not less than 2.5mm thickness and web depth of 200mm with stiffened flanges of Class designation GP 350 Class 2 conforming to the requirements of IS 277:2018 manufactured by M/s. JSW, Tata, Vizag Steel, SAIL make including shop painting , fixing to main members using Bolts and Nuts conforming to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS 3757 including overlaps, etc., the average mass of Galvanized Coating thickness shall be minimum 350GSM conforming to IS 277 all complete as specified and directed. Note: Overlaps will not be measured for payment.

Foundation Bolts: Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 (Mild Steel Bars Grade – I)/ IS 1875 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels Complete and as directed .

Sheeting: Providing and Fixing Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Sheets of make M/s. JSW/TATA Bluescope conforming to ASTM A792M/ IS 15961 for roofings and claddings using sheets in 0.5mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) with minimum galvalume thickness of AZ200 gsm and yield strength not less than 350MPa including flashings, corners, ridges, eaves boards, etc., of approved make including fixing the sheets with Stainless Steel self tapping, self drilling and self fastening screws, and EPDM Washers, etc., all complete as directed. a) Roofing with colour coated Galvalume sheets & Rain water pipes, etc. Note: Roofing and liner shall be done with insulative material in between. Insulation will be measured separatly.

Translucent Polycarbonate Sheeting: Polycarbonate Sheeting of 1.5 mm thick, Pressed to matching trough Corrugations of roofing of M/s. Sabic-Lexan, GE make, Everest or any other make for sky lights including sealing around sheets with GE Siliconates or any other sealants, treating for rain proof, fixing sheeting with SS self tapping screws etc., complete as directed. .

Deck Sheeting Providing and fixing roofing consist of 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3mm laid at 100x100 mm grid including edge trim covered with concrete. This metal deck will be supported on structural steel beam with shear studs. (Structural steel like Beam, column, joists etc. & concrete of different grade as per design will be paid separately). Note :- Supply & erection of shear studs shall be part of item and no seperate measurment for same will be done.

V. STONE MASONRY :

Random rubble masonry as per IS 1597 with hard stone with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse sand (conforming to IS 2116)) at following depth and height including scaffolding, raking out joints, simultaenous flush poining, curing, complete as specified and directed.

VI. BRICK MASONRY :

Brick work as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of Class Designation 7.5 and above as specified at height/depth mentioned below with cement mortar 1:6 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse Sand (conforming to IS 2116)} including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed.

a) At all depths below FFL

b) Above FFL upto V floor level

Half brick masonry as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of class designation 7.5 or above as specified above FFL upto V floor level in partitions walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 crushed coarse sand), including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing and with Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M15 (1:2:4) stiffeners of depth 75mm at every 900 mm height including form work, curing etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding reinforcement. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule

VII ROOFING :

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Note :- The MS hooks as finalized by design to be supply, fabricated and installed at the bottom of deck slab to hang the metal grid system shall be provided by the contractor and rate shall be inclusive in the item.

VIII FLOORING :

GSB: Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator/approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tons Capacity/approve means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work).

Providing & fixing following vitrified tiles of 8-10mm thickness conforming to IS 15622 for flooring ( thickness as specified by manufacturer) of make Johnson, Somani, Kazaria of required shade, design, colour and pattern laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.): 4 coarse sand) having joints of 2mm with spacers filled with epoxy grout mix of 0.70 Kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 Kg of resin per kg or as specified by manufacturer) of make Pidilite, MYK.. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

a) Double charge Glazed Vitrified Tile Polished finish of Size of tile 600 X 600mm.

b) In skirting laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing.

c) Anti-skid/Rustic finish of Size of tile 600 X 600mm.

Providing & fixing glazed vitrified tiles polished finish of 8-10mm thickness of Size of tile 600 X 600mm/300X600 mm for dado, skirting, risers of steps (thickness as specified by manufacturer) of make Johnson, Somani, Kazaria of required shade, design, colour and pattern laid using suitable high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesives (Water based), close jointed and pointed with matching epoxy grout of required colour as required, complete as specified and directed. Note: The payment for providing the high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesives will be done separately.

Providing and laying polished Granite stone flooring, treads, window sills etc. in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm/15mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing, providing single/double nosing, making 3 no of grooves for saircase treads etc. all complete as specified and as directed

Providing and fixing Polished Granite stone Risers of staircase in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing, etc. all complete as specified and as directed.

Non Metallic Floor Hardener: Providing over RCC flooring, grade slab when concrete is in green condition, finishing top with hard finishing coat using non –metallic floor hardener of Chhabdur or Hardtop or any other from M/s. Fosroc, STP, MYK, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals of approved quality and make at spread rate of 7Kg/Sqm or as specified by manufacturer for heavy duty floor finish including spreading after vacuum dewatering, ramming, consolidation, finishing smooth using power trowel to required levels or slope as specified, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed with vacuum dewatering.

Vacuum Dewatering & Power Trowelling: Vacuum dewatering of concrete using vacuum dewater technique for evaporation by way of removing the excess water using rigid or flexible suction mat incorporation filler layers and vacuum filler layers and vacuum generator (80 to 90% vacuum is to be applied at the rate of 3 to 5 minutes per 25 mm of depth), finishing with power trowel to get smooth finish all as per specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge for grade slab.

Joints Groove Cutting and Sealing: Cutting using Diamond saw or any other suitable equipment grooves of size 6mmx12mm in flooring at construction/contraction joints or as directed by design Engineer, including filling with polysulfide sealant of M/s. Foroc, STP, Pidilite, MYK, cleaning the joints using compressed air, drying the joint before application complete as directed.

Providing, fixing, filling and sealing expansion joints using 25 mm thick bitumastic board manufactured by M/s. STP Ltd., or any other approved equivalent in expansion joints of RCC floor including cleaning the surfaces where joints are formed applying one coat bitumastic emulsion cutting the board to the required sizes placing in position filling and sealing the top of the joints with Salitex sealing compound of size 12 x 20 mm deep, using compound manufactured by M/s. STP Ltd., or equivalent including heating, pouring complete etc. in line level as directed.

IX: DOORS, WINDOWS & ROLLING SHUTTERS ETC :

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other FRAMES / CHOWKHAT comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 ( Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibers ( wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ) , Modulus of Elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A Category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardent and fixed in position with M.S hold fast / lugs / SS dash fastners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. ( M.S hold fast / lugs or SS dash fastners). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames , minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding cum fixed glazed windows/ventilators of make Deltra/Aparna/Greentech comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame three track three panels sliding window made of (big series) two glazed and one SS wire mesh panel ,frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm, duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), including providing and fixing double glazing made of 5 mm thick toughened glass with a 08 mm gap dully filled with argon,, uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc including providing and fixing double glazing made of 5mm thick toughened glass with a minimum 08 mm gap dully filled with argon . FLOOR SPRINGS :- Providing & fixing Ozone Stainless Steel Double Cylinder Floor Spring Glass Package Set (Silver) or equiavlent tested to 5,00,000 cycles, as per : EN 1154 complete as specified and directed by EIC.

Supplying and fixing in position approved motor automatic operated (push & pull) steel rolling shutters made from M.S. lathes of not less than 1.25 mm thick including supplying and fixing all necessary fixtures, fittings, top hood, guide channels, shutter suspension shaft not less than 6", ceiling strips providing approved quality of ball bearings, locking arrangements, handles, lugs, cutting, drilling necessary holes in concrete, grouting lugs with cement concrete 1:2:4, including providing and fixing not less than 1.0HP motor of Crompton Greaves, Kirloskar, L&T, Jielong along with other accessories for On and Off, level switch ). connected operatable, applying one shop coat of approved Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as shown in the drawing and as directed (measurement for rolling shutters will be as per the structural openings, hoods shall not be measured separately).

X. PLASTERING AND POINTING :

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement morar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)} fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Cement plastering 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level with 12mm thick base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, 8mm thick finishing coat in Cement Mortar1:3 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 3 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coat of make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, etc., as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing and applying white cement based putty in two coats with average thickness not less than 1 mm, of Birla make or any other approved manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface (external/internal) to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Water proof plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ,with waterproofing compound make of ( M/s Fosroc , MBT, Sika, Sunanada Chemicals etc.) @ 2% by weight of cement including scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. Complete a) 15 MM thk for underground drains/cable trench etc.

XI. PAINTING:

Internal Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of Asian apcolite premium emulsion or Dulux Interior Acrylic premium Emulsion or any other equivalent of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.-Three coats including one coat of primer equivalent to Asian apcolite premium emilsion or Dulux Interior Acrylic premium Emulsion or any other equivalent including required scaffolding up to 10 mtr height.

Painting exterior walls on sand faced plaster with two coats of Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint with comprehensive warranty of 5 years of required shade of Makes Asian - Apex Advanced or equivalent in Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of exterior quality haying 100% acrylic, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, external putty of Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, applying and filling cracks or wherever required for external filler, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete. Note :- Minimum Usage Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. or as per manufacturer's specification

XII. WATERPROOFING & MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :

WATERPROOFING ON DECK SLAB :-Surface Preparation: Cleaning the surfaces with Wire brushing and washing the treatment receiving surface area with water, so as to make the surface totally dust free to receive the treatment. Cracks shall be treated by chasing open cracks to form a “V” space groove of approx. 4 to 6 mm wide. The groove shall be cleaned with compressed air and thereafter sealed with polymer modified mortar which shall be admixed with SBR Latex, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP @ 2kg per bag of cement, prior to application of PMM, application of sealer coat inside the groove shall be carried out. Angle Fillet All the junctions of floor and vertical sides shall be provided with cement-sand CM 1:3 based angle fillet of 75 mm X 75 mm. The fillet mortar shall be admixed with a latex based additive, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP (Dosage -1 kg / 50 kg cement bag), that will provide strength and resistance to water leakage. Construction Joint Treatment: All construction/ Cold Joints in the Roof slab shall be opened in V-groove size to maximum depth of 25 mm. Fixing PVC Nozzle between 1 m center to center and injecting Cement, Water, Expansive Plasticizing Admixture for Cementitious Grouts, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM at a dosage of 225 gm/ Bag of Cement and Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP at a dosage of 1 kg/ Bag of Cement Slurry through proper Grouting Pump/Machine and sealing the joints with Polymer Modified Mortar using Cement : Sand = 1 : 4 and Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP @ 2 kg per Bag of Cement. After grouting, the nozzles must be cut and levelled with the roof slab. Providing and applying primer Dr.Fixit Cipoxy 16 D Primer using roller or brush as per manufacturer’s specification at a coverage of 6 - 8 sqmt/kg, Followed by supply and apply of Dr. Fixit Superseal 900, two component liquid applied, Hybrid Polyurea Polyurethane waterproofing membrane with the following technical parameters: 1. Solids Content: 82% 2. Tensile strength >15 Mpa as per ASTM D 412 3. Elongation at break >600% as per ASTM D 412 4. Shore A Hardness = 70 as per ASTM D 2240 5. Resistance to hydrostatic water pressure greater than 70 m as per ASTM D 5385 6. Static crack bridging >2 mm as per ASTM C 1305 7. Bond Strength to concrete >2 MPa as per ASTM D 7234 8. Puncture Resistance > 1000 N as per ASTM E154 Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Superseal 900 on the surface using suitable brush, roller or airless spray coverage @ 1.0 kg/m2. Use spike roller to dislodge the entrapped air if any. Apply second coat in perpendicular direction after minimum 6 hrs of completion of first coat coverage@ 1.0 kg/m2 to achieve a DFT of 1.5 mm. Supply and spreading of 120 GSM non - woven Geotextile with proper overlaps of 50 mm. Protective Screed Providing and Laying 40 mm M25 grade concrete screed as a protection to the Waterproofing system admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ dozed at 200 mL/ 50 kg bag of cement. Bore Packing: All the pipes to placed / inserted in the core cut areas, shall be wrapped around by the Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape, a twin sided adhesive tape or by sand broadcasting over a slurry coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP : Cement as 1:1 by volume and placed appropriately to be grouted around the cut bores. Grouting the gaps between the pipe and the core cutting by an expansive cementitious grout Dr. Fixit Pidigrout 10M that shall be poured into the gaps after fixing in place an effective leak-free shuttering.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing of make Jindal Stainless (JSL) made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge,

GI pipe hand rail made out of 32 mm /25 mm nominal bore GI pipes (Jindal, Tata or equivalent) of medium quality conforming to IS 1239, 32 mm n.b. as top fabricated horizontal and vertical members and 25 mm nominal bore as middle and /bottom horizontal members at and at all heights above plinth level, cut to size and shape including necessary bends, tees or with welding as required and fixed in position by grouting or by welding to insert plates provided etc., complete, painting with a coat of approved primer comparable to receive polyurethane paint, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Supplying, lowering, laying, RCC SPUN PIPES of class and internal dia mentioned below conforming to IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at and at all depths below plinth level including cutting to lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

XIII: WATER SUPPLY

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (SDR-11) conforming to IS 15778 of Ashirvad/Supreme or approved make, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe on exposed/recessed/underground surfaces to correct line, level, plumb using clamps as directed. Providing and fixing Granite Stone slab of approved shade with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished, of size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8 cm thick, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth.

XVI. ROAD WORK :

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavatopr/approved means at OMC and compacting with suitable means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work).

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush and cutting 25mm on top and filling the required material etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete including two coats of approved primer and two coats of ready mix paint as per IS 164 etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

XVII FIRE HYDRANT LINE:

Supplying, fabricating and erecting / fixing in position the piping either inside plant building / in yard, at all elevations as indicated in the relevant drawings. Following specified materials shall be used. (1) Pipe: Carbon steel bevelled end seamless pipes conforming to ASTM A 106 Gr.B & dimensions conforming to ANSI B36.10 of approved make; (2) Fittings & Flanges: Carbon Steel fittings and flanges confirming to IS:6392 and dimensions conforming to ANSI B16.5 for Class 150 with 3mm thk neoprene gaskets of suitable grade, fastened using suitable carbon steel bolts, nuts and washers, as directed by EIC. (3) Welding & Clamping: Pipes to be welded using E-6010 / E-6011 / E-6012 / E-6013 / ER-308L electrodes of make M/s Ador / Advani / D&H / Phillips and to be supported with suitable clamps on mild steel structural frame work / tee supports. (4) Painting: Pipes to be painted with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint of make M/s Asian Berger over one coat of zinc chromate primer after proper surface preparation to the satisfaction of EIC. (5) Testing & commissioning: Pipelines to be DP tested and hydraulically tested segment wise at a pressure of 15 bar followed by flushing and commissioning including cost of all consumables, labour, etc., complete as directed by EIC

Providing and fixing best Indian make C.I. GATE/SLUICE VALVES with flanged ends manufactured by M/s. Kirlosker, Leader, Audco, conforming to IS: 14846 Latest Edition , for water pipes, making necessary flanged joints providing and welding to pipe the matching companion flanges conforming to table E ,BS-10, providing all jointing materials like bends, elbow, tee, flanges, gaskets, bolts, nuts etc., testing the valves and joints for 10 Kg/cm2 pressure with clean and potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc., complete as specified and directed.

Extra over painting of pipe lines for providing Coating and wrapping of the pipe lines (including fittings) consisting of one coat each of coal tar primer and enamel, cold wrap of impregnated fibre glass, of suitable width, of PIPEKOTE or Rust free make, including thermofusioning of polyethylene layer of coat using thermo torch, seal coating, overlapping not less than 25mm, testing of coating by holiday testing conforming to IS 10221, cleaning pipes etc., complete and total thickness of coat not less than 4 mm, complete as specified and directed.

Prviding & fixing SS Fire Hydrant valve( landing valve) of 63 NB of bearing and conforming to IS 5290, of SS 304, of Harihant Engrs, Priyanka Ind, Vimco, AAG make fixing valve to companion flange using 3mm thick AC gasket, bolts and nuts complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Fire hose cabinet of 750 x 600 x 250 mm made out of 18guage MS sheet, standard design and pattern , 3mm thick glass panes, with lockable shutters, lock and key, cabinet to accommodate 2 nos of fire hoses and one nozzles including supplying 2 nos of RRL fire hoses of 15m length each with SS 304 couplings on either side, one SS nozzle of 300mm length bore 20mmm bearing and conforming to IS 903 complete as specified and directed.

XVIII: DISMANTLING ITEMS:

Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete surfaces carefully in flooring, platforms etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed for RCC pedestals.

Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacing of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing RR masonry in basement below/above FFL at all depths and heights including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m etc., complete as specified and directed,

Removing soling from flooring/pavement, stacking useful materials like stones within 50m lead, disposing of unserviceable materials as directed.

Dismantling RC. Hume pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for 600 mm nominal dia pipes

a) Up to 600mm dia.

Dismantling of manhole - Taking out CI cover with frame from RCC/brick top slab of manholes of various sizes including demolishing of RCC/Brick work manually/by mechanical means and stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unservieable materials within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling very carefully the existing MS/GI/CI pipe of various dia for various services/hand rail with all fittings and fixtures etc., and stacking with in a lead of 50 m.

Removal of existing fire hydrant line of 50/80/100/150/200 mm n.b., excavating the equired length, cutting the pipe line after shutdown, handling over the pipe line to the departmental stores. Note: Earthwork excavation required for the work will be measured under relevant item.

Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, T or L iron or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. in base of.

Removing carefully existing chainlink fabric from angle iron posts and struts by removing hook bolts, nuts, etc, straightening GI rods (vertical as well as horizontals) etc., rolling back the removed chainlink, collecting hooks, bolts and nuts, stacking including cutting of iron angle posts, dismantling of PCC pedestals, transporting the materials to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Area of the chain link fabric will be measured for payment.

Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats, etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed

Demolishing dry brick pitching in floors, drains etc. including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Dismantling Asbestos sheet roofing along with ridges, hips, valleys and gutters, including scaffolding and stacking the material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling Galvolume sheet cladding along with all fixtures including scaffolding .

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for bituminous road.

Dismantling the existing MS tubular gate including cutting the steel posts / removing hold fasts from wall staking and handing over useful materils to departmental stores,disposing the unserviciable debris wiyhin the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified.

XIX: UTILITIES

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing and testing HEAVY QUALITY M.S. GALVANISED PIPES AND FITTINGS like tees, elbows, collars, unions, nipples, enlargers, reducers, bends, couplings and all other fittings required for the work, EXCLUDING FLANGES conforming to IS: 1239-1990 including testing the pipes and fittings for 10 Kg/cm2 pressure with a minimum period of two hours duration, (with clean water) including cutting to waste, threading with jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead, in trenches, including painting with two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint/synthetic enamal over a coat of primer, as per specifications:
