Material & labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 ( except bricks) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for stone walling of Random rubble uncoarsed well bonded bedding and solidly hearted built in cement 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry but except stones un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints as specified ,of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought up to courses with max. depression on face is 20 mm.

M & L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or buought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete of ground floors and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide & not exc. 1.5 in depth in soft/loose soil for foundation laying cable etc exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation/filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in trenches, under floor complete all as specified & directed

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all a specified & directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast Reinfoced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate.) as in cover slab set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking binding spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, finished even and rough to receive floor topping all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in floor etc over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 cement & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & polishing to achive mirror finish an roughning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles (square / rectangular) of 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile and incl over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick joint free Glazed ceramic coloured tiles(premium quality) in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid/bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors,apron and similar works etc and disposing off the rubbish out of the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore dia single socketed, in any length with rubble ring joints, laid in trenches,R/wall,or in floor comp all as specified and directed.

Use and waste from work of sides of columns beam, pillars shape of square/rectangular or polygonal for fair finished surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge
