Construction of road from Ghatapur to RataniRoad in the District of Bhadrak under MMSY-DRR for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 and as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 mtrs and as per direction of the Engineer in charge .

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table-300.2 as per Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications dfor Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) complet including cost,conveyance,Royalities,Taxes of all materials,all labours,hire and running charges of all machineries,T&P ,sundries etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) .

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3 and as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works.

Construction of Un-reinforced,dowel jointed M-30 Grade cement concrete pavement by semi-mechanized method over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg /cum coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design,transported to site,laid with a fixed form or slip form paver,spread,compacted and finished in a continous operation etc , curing compound ,finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th. Revision) (Taking output = 75 Cum)

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing breaking clods and leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working area etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer in charge
