Material and labour for PCC floors/hard standing laid in bays type B-2 1:2:4 mix 100mm thick finished even and smooth with out using extra cement using XPM impression with concrete green including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 10mm thick expansion joints filled with pre formed bituminious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for 150mm thick slab complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Cobbelstone flooring grey cement colour pigment fully box type min 80 mm thickness, area of each tile exceeding 0.01 sqm but not exceeding 0.04 sqm, in floor, landsacapping etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 25mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairPVC (SWR) pipe 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint laid in trenches /floor complete all as specified and directed

Clearance of road side berms/path including removing bushes, vegetation growth including taking out roots of bushes/ vegetation growth upto 30 cm depth and disposal of rubbish to a distance not exc. 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
