Design, Drawing & Construction of fixed type Raw water Intake Jetty for facilitating erection of suction assembly, accommodating pumping machinery, working bay and also act as marine protection to the pump and other assemblies etc in tidal rivers supported on piles of appropriate size with tentative depth of 35m from HFL including prepairing Soil investigation report before design and construction.

Design, Drawing & Construction of Gangway/ pipe carriage way and considering space for Substation Bldg over Gangway with minimum 10.00 M width to carry suction /delivery pipe upto the bank of the river and Substation Bldg with suitable RC Deck Slab and structure supported on column over adequate pile foundation including prepairing Soil investigation report before design and construction. The entire gangway would be surrounded by SS railling.

Design, Drawing & Construction of Pump House and surrounding walkway with SS railling including Gantry Bracket with rail to carry minimum 10.00 MT EOT of Crane (excluding Electro Mechanical works and supply of EOT Crane)

Design, Drawing & Construction of Switch room/Electrical Sub-Station Building including necessary RC frame work and fencing work as desired by the EIC (excluding Electro Mechanical works) Note- Depending upon the potential requirements of the site, the Electrical Sub-Station Building would be constructed over the gangway or individually to the river bank. In this regards necessary decision will be given by the E M sector, KMDA.

Supplying, Laying, Fitting, Fixing and testing of 750 MM Dia MS Raw water pipe line from Common Manifold upto river bank at nearest Bituminous road with all necessary supporting arrangements and connections including Thrust Block.

Design, Drawing & Construction of River Bank Protection works including upfront protection works etc.all complete. Note-Design and drawing for river bank protection and upfront protection works etc. have to be done which will be prepared and vetted by the JU/BESU/IIT or any other educational Institutions.

Design & Construction of Boundary wall, MS Ornamental gate, Approach Road, Internal service Road, Drains, Land development, Cable Trenches etc. as per Departmental approved Drawings.

Vertical load test for Jetty and Sub-Station (2 Nos) and Lateral load test (1 No)

Preparation of Detail Design and Drawings (for the purpose obtaining permission and clearance from KoPT including Hydraulic Study Report) and other necessary liaison/ Correspondances as deemed by the concerned department of KoPT and getting Approvals of the same by the competent Authority for the proposed Jetty mounted Pump House including all cost thereof. (All statutory clearance charges, Permission, fees etc. raised by the KoPT will be paid by the KMDA seperately)
