Providing, supplying and placing of Cafe Chair. The Seat and Back should be made up of injection moulded indoor grade PolyPropylene compound SEAT SIZE : 52.5 cm. (W) x 53.2 cm. (D) BACK SIZE : 51.6 cm. (W) x 40.5 cm. (H) The powder coated ( DFT 50±10 microns ) welded tubular frame should be made from 0 2.22 ± 0.03 cm x 0.16 ± 0.0128 cm and 3.5 ± 0.03 cm x 1.5 ± 0.03 cm x 0.16 ± 0.0128 cm MSERW tube. The shoes should be made of indoor grade PolyPropylene compound and snap fitted with tubular frame. Overall Dimensions of Chair Seat Height - 45.0 cm. Medium back chair :-suppling and placing of chair with following specifications,The cushioned seat assembly shall consists of moulded polyurethane foam upholstered with fabric. The foam is assembled over a 12mm thick hot pressed plywood . The back shall made up of two piece injection moulded frame.The inner frame shall be upholstered with mesh fabric and mounted on the main assembly.Lumber support made up of injection moulded in black P.P and upholstered with PU foam. The chair shall be provided with pneumatic height adjustment which shall have stroke of 95 +/- 5 mm. The pedestal shall be made of nylon. it shall be fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor. Three seater waiting area chair: Supplying and placing of chair with following specifications, perforated metal bench -Cross beam and Leg shall be powder coated made of cold rolled steel with 0.2 ± 0.01 cm thickness. Seat-Back shell shall be 1.2 mm thick powder-coated perforated shell made from cold rolled M.S. sheet 0.12 ± 0.013 cm thickness. The Side Bar shall be made of powder-coated solid steel with inserts. The Shell shall be assembled on the Cross Beam with help of bolts . dimensions may range between Seat width50.0 cm- 54.5 cm per seat. Dining chair:supplying and placing of chair with following specifications,The seat and back shall be injection moulded in Polypropylene. They shall be fitted on the understructure assembly and shall be fixed with screws. Approximate Back Size shall be: 42.0cm. (W) X 38.5 cm. (H). and Approximate Seat Size shall be: 46 cm. (W) X 39.5 cm. (D). The understructure assembly shall be made of MS -ERW PIPE with Dia 19mm and of thickness 1.6mm and silver powder coated ( DFT 40-60 microns ). Overall Dimensions of Chair shall be Seat Height - 46.5 cm, Total Height from ground - 83.0cm, Width & Depth of Chair as measured from base - Width- 42.0cm and Depth-46 cm. Dimensions tolerance / variations shall be within +/- 1 cm. contractor shall obtain prior approval on submission of mock sample from Engineer in charge and as per approved list of make.

Supply and Installation of Executive chair -High back - The seat shall made up of plywood and moulded polyurethane foam upholstered with fabric. Backrest assembly is of injection moulded plastic with black mesh fabric and height adjustable lumbar support pad and adjustable headrest. The moulded polyurethane foam for seat is with density=50-55 kg/m ³.The dimensions of seat shall be- 48 cm(W) x 45 cm(D) and of back shall be 46.5 cm(W) x 51.5 cm(H). Armrest has button operated height adjustment . The arm top is made of soft moulded PU with MS in sert. The mechanism of chair shall have following features:360 degree revolving type, Synchronous 1 Mechanism. The chair shall be provided with Class 4 pneumatic height adjustment which shall have stroke of 112 mm. The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in black polypropylene. The cushioned head support is adjustable in height and angle for optimum user comfort.
