Installation of Mini High Mast system as per following specification (a) Transportation & Erection of 8Mtr Mini High Mast Pole and Accessories supplied at our stores. (b) Supply and conveyance foundation bolt made of special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates(c) Supply and erection control box consists of 1 No. 25A 2 pole MCB incomer, 25A 2 pole 30mA RCCB,32A 2 Pole AC I rated power contactor with lNO+lNC auxiliary contacts & with AC coil, single dial 24 hour timer with changing facility and suitable contactor for automatic operation, suitable size connection cable from control panel to flood light fittings (d) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with l:2:4 Concrete for the mini high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as l0 T/Sqmtr at 2 Meter depth with reinforcement for RCC works, bend tied and placed in position (plain grill requiring bend cold ) using for steel including form work for reinforced cement concrete and excavation of soil including neat banking. (e) Erection and commissioning of the above mini high mast with the help of crane/derrick and other suitable equipment and wiring of luminaries with wiring materials (Bajaj/equivalent).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100W LED flood light (Make:LT/Equivalent) luminaire with extruded aluminium heat sink pressure die cast aluminium cover on both side for holding of extruded aluminium heat sink and with voltage range ( 140 _ 270V AC). The luminaire shall be minimum IP 66 protected. LED Driver efficiency should be greater than 85 % with colour temperature should be greater than 5700K range. Inbuilt-surge protection 10kv and power factor 0.95 with THD less than 10%

Fabrication of fully partioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using 1.60 mm CRCA sheet as per approved designand requirement, with front and rear access faciiity, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear comparcments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps bus bar interconnection etc, detachable .covers, for bus bar chamber and cable alley, painting the assembly with 2 coats ". syntheticenamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slottedangles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments should be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc. including control wiring

Supply and fixing the following types of beeding along the periphery of doors/ other detachable compartments to make the panel assembly dust & vermin proof including sticking with glue

A' section neoprene beeding suitable for 1.60/ 2.00 mm sheet

Fabrication, supply, conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board using suitable size angle iron cut and welded to shape including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, bolting the frame to the panel using required bolt and nuts, fixing the whole to the wall, making good the damages etc. as required.

Supply and fixing the following accessories in the existing meter board and giving connections etc.
