Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from quarry in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse Sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) upto plinth level with ( Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand )

Earth work in Excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations drains, pipes, cables etc.(not exceeding 1.5mtrin width and for shafts, wells, cesspits, and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1mt from cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in : All kinds of soil

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses/purlins rafters/posts/ post-plates or like components including cost of screws etc. complete KD/Silver wood

Providng corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/ corved surface fixed with polymer coted Jor L hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm diamtere with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( ( upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface ) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required ( 0 50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Finishing interior walls with pop incl cost of pop and labour component

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brnad and manufacture to given an even shade New work ( two or more coats ) over and including priming coat with cement primer

Finishing exterior walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture to given an evven shade . New Work ( Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm

Providng fixing of PGI sheet coated sheets for gable/soffit incl all carriages

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard soft wood)

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade new steel two or more coats

Carriage of materials from soruce upto site of work by mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking
