Disconnecting & taking out LT ACB, capacity 800 amps Make: L&T, SNo.BT 415470 from Main LT Panel Board at plant room of MMG Bldg for servicing, overhauling & testing complete and refixing it after repair as per followings :- (a) Cleaning of breaker with CRC-26. (b) Removal of old grease and lubricating with new grease (c) checking all nut-bolts and resetting push button mechanism of tripping system in breaker. (d) Checking proper tightening of hardware. (e) Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact with cradle terminals. (f) Checking wiring and replacing unserviceable wiring as required. (g) Checking & adjusting gap between hylum sheet and side plate, (h) checking proper closing of poles together, checking working of anti-pumping device, alignment of SIC and its operation (i) checking scrapping earth alignment, checking condition of arc chute and ACB tripping through shunt release. (j) Checking continuity, ensuring proper change over of aux contact block and setting of release as per the load.

Disconnecting & taking out LT ACB, capacity 1250 Amps, Make: L&T, SNo. BT-CT-417386 from Main LT Panel Board at plant room of MMG Bldg for servicing, overhauling & testing complete and refixing it after repair as per followings :- (a) Cleaning of breaker with CRC-26. Taking out Vaccum Circuit Breaker, 11 KV, 3 Ph, AC, Type-ALAI/XLV, capacity 400 Amps, S.No.0460VR Make: Crompton Greaves from HT panel board at plant room of Photonics Bldg and carrying out servicing and testing as mentioned below:- Cleaning all dust and dirt deposits, foreign particles and degreasing various parts of VCB. Cleaning all parts with cleaning agent such as CRC-2-26. Checking the hardware for any wear & tear, regreasing the VCB parts as recommended including checking all terminals connections for tightness. Refixing the VCB in the HT panel board and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Testing of VCB shall include insulation test with digital IR tester, time interval test with microprocessor unit, resistance measurement of closing coil, mechanical and electrical closing and tripping check, charging of spring through manual and electrical check and Hi-pot test.

Taking out defective charging gear of Vaccum Circuit Breaker, 11 KV, 3 Ph, AC, Type-ALAI/XLV, capacity 400 Amps, S.No.0460VR Make: Crompton Greaves from HT panel board at plant room of Photonics Bldg and supply & fixing new charging gear including testing complete.

Taking out Air Circuit Breaker, 440 V, 3 Ph, AC, Capacity 1000 Amps, S.No.1000EM173P Make: Crompton Greaves from LT panel board at plant room of Photonics Bldg and carrying out servicing and testing as mentioned below:- Cleaning all dust and dirt deposits, foreign particles and degreasing various parts of ACB. Cleaning all parts with cleaning agent such as CRC-2-26. Checking the hardware for any wear & tear, regreasing the ACB parts as recommended including checking all terminals connections for tightness. Refixing the ACB in the LT panel board and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Testing of ACB shall include release test, CT test with resistance, resistance measurement of closing coil, tripping coil, and spring charge motor coil. Mechanical and electrical closing and tripping check, charging of spring through manual and electrical check etc complete.

Disconnecting & taking out LT ACB, capacity 800 amps Make: L&T, from Main LT Panel Board at plant room of Photonics Bldg for servicing, overhauling & testing complete and refixing it after repair as per followings :- (a) Cleaning of breaker with CRC-26.
