REPAIRS/MAINT AND SERVICING OF EOT/HOT CRANES AT SITE 1A, 1B AND TECH AREA AT AIR FORCE STATION JODHPUR

M&L for maintenance consisting of normal repair (such as greasing, oiling to all movable parts, checking of electrical panels, pendent etc) and preventive maintenance (such as replacement of thimbles in electrical panels if required, cleaning of electrrical panel by blowing air and applying CTC etc) replacement of minor defective spare parts of electrically operated overhead travelling (EOT) crane, floor operated and capacity 2 ton (Qty-02 nos crane) completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel/CI surface of crane (i.e. Motor panel board, handle cross arms, horizontal arms, grills, MS plates, Ladder etc complete by scrapping old paint and applying two coats of syntheticv enamel paint (MES standard shade such as blue, red, yellow and black or any other shade as directed by Engr-in-Charge) for Electrically operated overhead travelling (EOT) crane capacity 02 tons complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for visiting of Electric operated hanger door by mechanic for complete checking of serviceablity of Electric operated gates and finding of the fault in the gate and replacement of defective item of the gate and tersting the gate complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Rate quoted by the bidder must include cost of replacement of minor parts (b) Major items must be paid separately in respective items of schedule Á'.

General Servicing of hydraulic operated crane of capacity UPTO 1 ton with suitable T&P and painting of crane replacement all connected deffective spare parts of crane and re-assembling with necessary electric connections testing at LDP lab area fully blocking of leakage of hydrulic oil etc complete as following items as directed by enger in charge and load testing in presence of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for general servicing of over head crane of capacity up to 2 Ton capacity (hand operated crane) with suitable T&P and replacement all connected deffective spare parts of crane and re-assembeling with necessary electric connections including greasing, gear box maintenece, chain pulley, color coating, crain rail allignment, chain replacement and all connecting items for fully operational cranes etc including load testing in presence of engineer in charge. Note :- Defect parts shall be measured and paid separately.

(a) Material & labour in replacement of top lever with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

(b) Material & labour in replacement of master lock with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

(c) Material & labour in replacement of BEARING SET with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

(d) Material & labour in replacement of loading chain for wheel of existing crane of suitable size with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

(e) Material & labour in replacement of pull chain for wheel of existing crane of suitable size with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

(f) Material & labour in replacement of steel side plate with suitable machanical arrangement, suitable for crane capacity up to 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of thruster break set suitable for 02 Ton capacity crane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F power contactors 3 pole with NO + NC 16-25B Amps suitable for the EOT cranes 2 Ton complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC coated & PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded of 6 Sqmm 4 core complete ass as specified and as directed.

S&F HRC fuses links 16 amps for EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gear box oil EP-230 for EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Brake Liner of LT/CT/hoist brake drum of 8-10mm thickness 100mm dia for EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Magnetic coil for EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Limit switch assembly suitable for 2 Ton EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Push button 1 NO + 1 NC suitable for 2 ton crane all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of the following capacity 3 phase electric motors for hoist motion, LT motion, CT motion of crane with copper winding wire of guage as per eisting with class 'B'insulation including dismantling, transporting, reflexing and testing on load all as specified and directed. (a) 0.5 and upto 3 HP 6 Pole Sq Cage 3 phase 1450 RPM electric motor.

S&F Flexible copper cable 4 core 4 sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed of 1100 volts grade multi stranded in box girder between control panel to all motors for EOT crane.

M&L in maint rewinding of DC electric motor 1.5 HP geared motor used in moving target shooting system with same existing copper winding wire complete etc.
