SPECIAL REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROAD FOR ZONE I and ZONE II AREA AT AHMEDABAD CANTT

Repair to potholes n.exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth by applying tack coat@ 5Kg per 10 Sqm putting in bituminous macadom well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premixed macadum, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes n. exc. 30mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/100 (VG 10 ) grade at 5 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, using paving Bitumen 60/70 (VG 30 ) grade, laid by mechnical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8-10 Ton Vibro Roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using 4 % paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less.

Material and labour preparing concrete/bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (contineous/un intrrupted), arrows, letters etc exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials not less than 5 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified in clause 803.4 of MOSRT and H Specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No. 356) over a coat of primer complete all using road painting machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Çat Eyes reflector of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm moulded in ABS PC allow with PMMA lens reflector complete and fixed with 3 m pipe spike all as per manufactor's instructions and all asdirected. Note : Model No DA-972 O of Dark eye or equivalent.

S&F Solar road studs(Cat eye) Aluminium alloy body of size 125mmx125mmx25 mm with shell Model No OS-810 of makeOSCAR/ Dark Eye or Equivalent of 3M fixed with and stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

S&Fin repairs metal tubular deleneator made out of 45mm dia MS Pipe of 600mm total height, duly powdered coated and 100mm dia high quality and durable glass reflector made of top quality weather resistance plastic material (thermo plastic polyester clastomer), 3 bands of green/red/yellow reflactor of zise 25mm wide strips with metal jalli for reflector protection, embeded in PCC (1:2:4) 150 x 150 x 300mm size
