Opening the man holes of CPP Boiler Steam drums and Mud drums, clean the gasket seating, prepare high pressure gaskets, close the man holes 100% leak proof. Rate shall be quoted for per boiler.

Opening the man holes of Furnace, Flue ducts, Pre heater, Chimney, Fans, Stack etc. in CPP boiler as per the requirement for inspection / cleaning and closing back ensuring 100% leak proof. Rate shall be quoted for per boiler.

Providing necessary assistance in arranging hydraulic test of the CPP Boilers and connected pipe lines as per the requirement. Rate shall be quoted for per boiler

Removal of CPP boiler steam drum internals like piping, separators/ pads etc; after match marking and fixing back after cleaning. Rate shall be quoted for per boiler

Providing assistance for RLA study in boilers in Ammonia Plant. Rate shall be quoted per manpower in 8 hr shift for job inside the boiler

Providing scaffolding for the RLA study with height up to 7.5 meters and area up to 2m X 2m with supply of materials.

Supply of economiser tube Material: SA 210 Gr.A1 Size: 51 OD x 5.6 mm thk Material supplied shall have a relevant IBR certificate in form III original/ endorsed copy traceable to the tube.
