Annual maintenance of 14 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant at AA-IIB in N.T.K. Project under PHE Dte. for the period from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027 under NTK project.

Operation of different units of Sewage treatment Plant commencing from the inlet to terminating in the effluent channel with continuous supervision of the functional aspects of each individual unit together with requisite recirculation by passing including removal and disposal whenever necessary including routine maintenance of all the mechanical and electrical installation engaging Plant Supervisor, Pump Operator/ Vulve Operator, Fitter Helper, Electrical Mistry etc. as per direction of E.I.C. a)Grit channel screens scrapper mechanism & bucket elevator (inclusive of effective screening scrapping collection & disposal of grits and other extraneous matters) including maintaining good condition. b)Primary clarification 1 no. incld. removal of scum & disposal / diversion of sludge & maintaining the Units in good condition. c)Distribution unit / splitter box & maintaining the units in good condition. d)Bio-filter with rotary distributor unit & driving machinism along with maintaining the units in good condition. e)Secondary clarifiers incld. removal of scum & disposal / maintaining the unis in good condition. f)Running the recirculation pumps along with lubrication gland packing minor realignment (if necessary) including replacement of fuse wires and minor maintenance of all ancillaries electrical installation for maintaining in good condition. g)Digeatior either or both depending on desing requirement with gas lines agas burning equipment & digestor control room with other installation & sludge drying beds for maintaining in good condition.

Supply and delivery at plant consumable materials, lubricants etc. excluding chlorine gas for lubrication the plant machineries of S.T.P. premises of AA-IIB in NTK Project under PHE Dte.

Upkeeping of administrative building,SCADA Room, laboratory etc. of S.T.P. by way of regular washing and moping of floor and drains periodic dusting from walls, ceilings washing and disinfecting of toilets, dusting of furniture, pictures frame, electrical fittings, window glass panels etc. once in a week engaging Plumbing Mistry, Plumbing Helper, Methor Mistry, Methor Mazdoor, Mazdoor etc. excluding supply of consumables materials such as Phenyl, Naptholine, Duster etc.

Supplying includng bottling, testing chlorine gas in Departmental Cylinders (tonners), transportation, loading and unloading charges for chlorine baby cylinder from Rajarhat to Durgapur & after filling Durgapur to Rajarhat complete all inclusive of taxes and charges and supply of Safety kits (if required) as per specification, direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(challan will be produced)

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. On timber or plastered surface With super gloss (hi-gloss), On steel or other metal surface With super gloss (hi-gloss) Two coats (with any shade except white),as per direction of E.I.C.

Operation and maintenance of the Laboratory of the STP including cost of all Chemicals, reagents, consumables, glassware, repairing cost of instruments as required for performing laboratory test claribation certificate of instrument all complete including engaging Chemist/Bacteriologist and Lab assistant and also testing of sewage and discharge water time to time as and when required as per instruction, direction of E.I.C.

Operation & maintenance of all electrical fitting such as Tube light, Bulb, Fans, A.C. machine, exhaust etc. for smooth running including repairing, changing/ replacement of fitting as and when required.

GST @ 18% of (Sl No. 1 to 7) i.e. Rs. 2122092.00 @ 18%=Rs. 381976.56

CESS @ 1% of (Sl No. 1 to 8) i.e. Rs. 2504068.56 @ 1%=Rs. 25040.69
