Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives.New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of pproved brand and manufacture in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.Ordinary rock in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Laying cement concrete Channels (burried conducts) on first class bedding of granular material including fixing with cement sand morter 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonary work.250 mm dia in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.in all leads lift of material and other included as per the direction of enginner in charge in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.
