Repairs to “Kirloskar” make horizontal shaft disposition pump by way of:- a) Fabrication, providing and fitting of Stainless steel (SS-410) shaft as per sample to the pump. b) Fabrication, providing & fitting of appropriate size impeller lock nut having threads matching accurately with the threads of the impeller shaft end. The job further includes p/f of lock washer and impeller key. c) Manufacturing, providing and fitting of appropriate size S.S sleeve for the shaft as per old sample after removing the old damaged sleeve using proper tools and tackles. The sleeve should be air tight. d) Manufacturing, providing & fitting of appropriate size S.S gland as per old sample. e) Providing & fitting of thrust ball bearing No. 51312 (01no.) and 6410(01no.) of SKF or equivalent make.(01 No.) f) Providing & fitting of oil seals as per sample of reputed make (02 No’s). g) Re-assembling of the pump set which includes :-  Providing & fitting of gaskets, nuts and bolts as needed.  Providing and filling of charge lubricant.  Providing & fitting of suitable size polumative packing duly greased to the stuffing box.  Providing and fitting of rubber element TC-16  Testing the pump on no load and full load.  To and fro carriage of the pump from station to workshop and back is included in the job. Rates are inclusive of rebate on old scrap from S.no. a to f is included in the job , old scrap to be retained by the contracting agency.
