ARC for Supply of MS gratings fixing of new MS gratings Repair and Refixing of old MS gratings at various locations within the limits of JMC

ARC for Supply of M.S gratings: ARC for Supply of M.S gratings of various sizes required at different locations falling within the limits of JMC as per Annexure “A” (enclosed). The job is related with Steel work welded in built up sections framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and similar works.

ARC for Fixing of gratings: ARC for Fixing of gratings of different sizes at different locations within JMC limits the job includes lifting of gratings supplied bt the contractors at Jogi Gate workshop and then fixing at different locations as per the requirement of the JMC, by way of fixing edges of gratings with concrete mix in the ratio 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 Bajri: 3 Sand). The job also includes curing of the concrete with water for better strength.

ARC for Re-fixing of old gratings: ARC for Re-fixing of old gratings after performing necessary repairs of different sizes at different locations within JMC limits. The job includes dismantling of already fixed grating with chiseling and then performing necessary repairs by way of welding works and then applying coat of red oxide and enamel paint. Thereafter, fixing edges of gratings with concrete mix in the ratio 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 Bajri: 3 Sand). The job also includes curing of the concrete with water for better strength (The repairs work will be executed with material supplied from Bhagwati Nagar Workshop).
