Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 15 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring/hard standing, etc, and finished the cement concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints in 100 mm thick concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound,Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (For manhole etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cemen complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepaqration of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
