Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing shutter area exceeding 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing treatment of any description such as PCC padding, lime concrete, mud phuska etc. and any numbers of layers upto any thickness from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel rolling shutters with ball bearing, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated, manually type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns,beams,slabs,Chajjas and the like as directed ,roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes,washed with water and allowed to dry,including dusting of steel reinforcement,providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces,applying adhesive/admixyure over steel mesh and providing ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of banas sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufactures instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with apressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding,steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square meter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, over RCC roof slabs for laying water proofing treatment mixed with using water proofing liquid @ 150 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 100 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints in 100 mm thick slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates, laid in alternate panel, finished surface even and fair including filling in position with 85/25 industrial grade bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully without point wiring by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Taking down main switch/MCB/MCCB/MCB DB/ MCCB DB/ sheet metal enclosure by disconnecting the electric supply including MCB/MCCB/Cut out etc. any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Note - Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of casing/capping shall be measured and paid as one unit length.
