Repairing/Fixing of 11 KV VCB mechanism regarding operation along with the setting allignment of truck assembly of VCB with replacement of required minor part ie. Wheel/wasjer/Spindle /Square spigot/ switchgear housing tray etc.

Maintenance of operation of 11 KV VCB mechanism ie tripping spring and closing sprining charging assembly/Auxilary switch assembly with replacement of required parts and N&B complete and fixing of operational counter of VCB.

Maintenance of operation of 33 KV VCB/SF6 mechanism ie tripping spring and closing sprining charging assembly/Auxilary switch assembly with replacement of required parts and N&B complete and fixing of operational counter of VCB/SF6.

Tightning of all Bus Bars connection after cleaning of Bus Bar Chamber.

Replacement of interrupter Housing

Fixing of female bus bar contract and proper allignment with PT connecting ROD.

Cleaning of Inner Chamber of incomming pannels with solvent etcand painting with powder coating.

Repairing of damaged 24 Volt Battery Charger

Carrying out comprehensive test and tripping check of wiring of different incoming and outgoing feeder installed at various 33/11 KV S/s such as wiring of CT to feeder panel, upto relay, Auxialiary switch to trip coil in the trolley side by both simulating load at primary of CT and by simulating trip current by relay and thereby locating the specific main fuctioning of Panel ( All testing result should be provided by certified testing agency in prescribed format given by Test Divsion).

Annual Maintenance start after one year of above work (06 Month peridocaly) of 33/11 KV VCB/SF6 as SOP prescribed by manufacturer by skilled technician(Material if need to replced during maintenance provided by UPCL)
