| - | Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of decorative ornamental combo pole with decorative bracket made of cast iron (outter structure of decorative bracket) and FRP (may be used for design elemants only).
The shaft of pole shall be fabricated out of ISI marked MS pipes conforming to IS:1161/IS:1239 (excluding cast embellishment parts) with an MS base plate conforming to IS:2062-2011, The pipe shall be of class B (minimum) and the thickness will not have any negative tolerance.
The complete shaft comprising of MS Pipe and the base plate welded on it (from inside and outside) shall be pretreated and hot-dip galvanized through single dip process to achieve an average zinc coating of 70 microns. No mechanical operation, welding, drilling, etc. shall be carried out after galvanizing.
The pole shall consist of multiple mild steel tubular sections as per site requirements, joined together through swaged joints, welded to ensure a stable structure.
The structural design of poles shall be suitable to withstand the stresses resulting from wind loading as per side conditions and the head loading on account of the bracket, luminaire and other elements with appropriate safety factors. The design life of the pole structure should be minimum 15 years under specified installation conditions. | - | - | - | - |
| - | A built-in service window shall be provided in the bottom section to accommodate a 6A SP MCB and 32A connector for LILO mains cable connections, as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Suitable provision shall be provided for earthing.
All Cast Iron components shall conform to grade FG 200 or higher as per IS:210 – 2009. The raw material for casting shall be or superior quality (test report for chemical composition to be submitted for each lot) without any contaminated or inferior scrap. The casting should be done through a controlled and environment friendly process using induction furnace only.
All castings shall be free from defects such as visible blow holes, cracks, porosity, etc. with uniform grain structure and proper finishing.
All hardware shall be (except foundation bolts) shall be of stainless steel grade not less than grade SS 304, corrosion resistant and suitable for outdoor application. Foundation bolts shall be of high grade steel with entire exposed portion and hardware hot dip galvanized.
The bracket shall feature a themed metallic laser-cut design fitted at the arm or as per the design approved by the engineer in charge, and be fabricated from mild steel tubes and rods with embellishments made of cast aluminium or FRP. The decorative bracket shall have an overall height of minimum 1200 mm up to the bracket arm and approved by engineer in charge. Each bracket shall be provided with steel wire for pulling copper flexible wire during erection and designed for easy replacement of wire. | - | - | - | - |

The entire assembly shall be coated with high-performance epoxy primer and two coats of UV-resistant polyurethane/polyester topcoat in an approved colour shade as per the procedure recommended by the paint manufacturer so as to achieve overall coating thickness of not less than 180 microns. The curing between the coats shall be done under clean and controlled environment to ensure proper adhesion and quality of paint. All tests shall be carried out after the application of final coat.
Each pole shall be supplied with appropriate foundation bolt set comprising of foundation bolts, nuts (minimum 3 per bolt), washers, anchor plate and template.

The LILO box shall be provided with 4 way terminal strip suitable for terminating up to 4c x 16sqmm, Aluminium armoured power supply cable, 2 sets of IP rated cable gland for power cable and 1 no. gland for 3c x 1.5sqmm for copper flexible from MCB to streetlight, 1 no. 6A, SP MCB, Neutral link, provision earthing connection, SS or treated hardware for fastening, etc. as required.
2) Fastners of suitable size for fixing the wall bracket on to the wall or any structure as per site requirement.

(a) Incomer details: 1 Set Three Phase, 4 wire Energy Meter along with 1 No. 63Amp FP MCCB, 25kA breaking capacity with thermal release having O/L and short circuit protection. The MCCB shall be provided with copper splitter links, insulating barriers and supports for receiving incoming power supply cable of specified size.
(b) Bus Bar : 100Amps, TPN, 415V, Aluminium Bus Bar shall be insulated by heat shrinkable sleeves & clip on shroud for joints.
(c) Outgoings: 6Nos, 32Amp, 10kA, FP MCCB with O/L and S/C protection.
(d) Astronomical timer circuit with FP Power Contactor of appropriate rating shall be provided for ‘secondary’ automatic switching of the streetlights of with suitable bypass arrangement with the primary command for switching through CCMS system.
