ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF ARCHAOELOGICAL GARDEN AT AKBARS TOMB INNER, SIKANDRA, AGRA AS ENUMERATED IN TENDER FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2026-27

Intensive Garden: Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide and plants will be provided by the department and lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) (Rate Including GST). Total garden area = 109228.53 Sqm. Per month X 8 Months =873828.24 Sqm.

Total garden area = 112255.68 Sqm. Per month X 8 Months =898045.44 Sqm.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). (As when as required throughout the year)

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (cattle manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment). (As when as required throughout the year)

Disposal/removal of garden garbage i.e. machine cut grass, weeds, twige, prunning of shrubs & trees, cliping of hedges dried leaves, wraper, polythene other wastage, clear the garden area with mechanical transport. (As when as required throughout the year)
