Overall Maintenance (as defined in the RFP) of the remaining installed Non-IT items in RSDC P-IV and BTH not covered in BoQ-1 as per items details enclosed in Annexure-1 of the RFP and Overall Maintenance (as defined in RFP) of the Civil and Interior Items with accessories installed in RSDC P-IV and BTH i.e. Floor (Tiles, stone, wooden flooring, epoxy flooring etc.), Wall (Stone, Metal and Wood Paneling, Glass, Wallpaper etc.), Ceiling (Gaypsum, Buffel and metal etc.), Doors/gate/Shutter (Wooden, Fire, Glass, Iron etc.), Furniture/Fixtures (Workstations, NoC, Cabins etc.), Structure/ facade, Glass, paint other Civil and interior related work. BoQ-1: Overall Comprehensive Maintenance for Non-IT critical items with Accessories installed in RSDC P-IV and BTH as per items details enclosed in Annexure-3 of RFP. The Maintenance is to be carried out as per maintenance schedule of Original OEM /authorized service channel partner. The bidders should have back-to-back maintenance contract for 24 X 7 with original OEM/authorized service channel of items installed as per details given in RFP. (For details please see Annexure – 3)
