NOTE FOR ITEM NO.11.00 TO 19.00 :The Item includes inspection of the following sub systems and submitting report along with load test certificate duly load tested and signed by a Govt authorised / approved Engineer Any defect noticed by the Govt approved,authorided Engineer shall be rectified by the contractor and retest shall be carried out at his own cost. (A) LT DRIVE SYSTEM (a) Inspection for wear and tear of gears, drive shaft coupling, plummer block and brake liner, greasing, oiling, etc. (b) Checking of girders and carriage, coupling bolt, foundation bolt of gear box and motor (c) Checking of DSL system including carbon brushes brush holder insulators and tightness of copper conductors (d) Checking of serviceability of electric motors, power contactors, relays, limit switch, push buttons and electrical circuit cables and wiring. (B) CT DRIVE SYSTEM (a) Inspect wear and tear of gears, drive shaft, coupling plummer block and brake liner etc. (b) Checking of lightness of rail clamp bolts, alignment of rail joint (c) Inspection of cross travel conductor cable for motor power conductors, relays, limit switch, push button etc. (C) HOIST (a) Inspect /wear and tear of wire rope, hook block and brake lines etc. and testing of rope. (b) Checking of electrical circuit limit switch and wiring (D) LOAD FOR LOAD TESTING : (a) Contractor shall arrange necessary load as per the site requirement of the crane including shifting of load to the site by using crane, truck, labour, etc. (b) Contractor shall take care of the floor while shifting / lifting the load and if any damage found at site shall be rectifyed with in 24 hrs. (c) Load test shall not be more than 125 % of the rated load. (d) Contractor shall shift the load to inside the building for load testing of crane carefully by using crane / truck / fork lift / labour with out damage to the existing infrastructure. (e) Load testing shall be carry out as per ISO : 4310 of 1981 and IS : 14470 of 1997 with latest amendments on the IS . (E) TEST REPORT : On completion of the load test, a test report shall be prepared listing the conclusions and finding of the test for each crane. The report shall identify the crane tested, shall give the date and location of the tests, name of the engineer tested, details of load, positions, configurations and findings if any in each case. (vi) T&P for the load test and safety of the mechanic/engineer shall be at contractor's risk.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO: 20.00 TO 21.00: (i) The mechanic / engineer will attend the complaints with in 48 hrs from the tele message / call from the AGE E&M or JE E&M and entered in complaint register maintained in the sub division including Sunday and holiday. (ii) If the contractor failed to attend the complaint within 48 hrs, a penalty of 2000.00 per day shall be recovered from his RAR / FB. (iii) The rate of minor spares required to rectify the complaint shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted costing up to. 500.00. In this regard GE's decision shall be final and binding. (iv)supply and fixing of major spares required for rectify the complaint shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule (v) The contractor is bounded to send the mechanic / engineer with in 6 hrs during the VIP / VVIP visit to attend the complaint without fail, otherwise a penalty of ₹.500.00 will be recovered per hrs up to 24 hrs and ₹.1000.00 above 24 hrs and ₹.2000.00 above 48 hrs (vi) Tools for the repairs and safety of the mechanic/engineer shall be at contractor's risk.

Comprehensive maintenance of the AMR meters (90 Nos) installed at Naval Base, Kochi with Elmeasure complete all as specified and directed Note :- It is complete responsibility of the contractor to make the meters functional and tie up with elmeasure. If in any case the online reading is not generated, the contractor has to keep a meter reader to take the reading monthly

Scope on AMC:- (a) AMC is applicable for products manufactured by ELMEASURE like Meters, Display units, Gateway and Software etc. The items such as PC & UPS are not covered under AMC (b) Elmeasure will respond to any issue within 5 working Hours with the action plan (c) Regular visit will cover the inspection of meters installed at the customer premises. (d) To monitor AMC activities ELMEASURE have instant ticketing system through mail ID [email protected] (e) If the Elmeasure manufactured product is physically damaged or burnt and found non-serviceable, or If the meters are found tampered / opened by NON- ELMEASURE person or the customer, the product(s) will be excluded from the AMC cover (f) If the meters are found non-serviceable, contractor need to buy a new Energy meter. Since, Energy meters hardware’s are more than 5 Years old, same model components are not available. So, equivalent model will be supplied (Cost of new energy meter not included) (g) In future, if Contractor changed the static IP address in server, similarly customer need to change the static IP address to all the Energy meters. Elmeasure will not consider this activities in AMC (h) If any of the Elmeasure manufactured products at site are required to be serviced. Contractor need to send the defective meters to ELMEASURE (Sending Courier charges to be borne by customer) & ELMEASURE shall service and send the same by courier (Shipping back courier charges to be borne by ELMEASURE) to contractor (i) Contractor need to take the solution / precaution to avoid further failure. While servicing if it is found that the reason for the defect is due to non-adherence of the user guidelines then that device will be considered as out of AMC service. In such cases cost of the components that were replaced plus the service charges will be applicable (j) In case the contractor requires support over phone and doesn’t call for site visit, CSE will provide phone assistance or if customer provides remote, CSE will assist the customer though remote access to solve the issues

(k) End of the visit day field support report will be prepared by the CSE along with the contractors representative that presents the day’s work carried out at the site by the CSE (l) Contractor should acknowledge / sign the Field Service Report (m) Period to rectify the meters: 10 working days, Any EMS software modification if required, ELMEASURE will evaluate the Software requirement and confirm that, whether the modification is possible or not, also if possible, how much it would cost and delivery date etc (n) EMS database auto backup facility will be provided. Customer to ensure database backup is happening (o) If the system crashed during the AMC period, Elmeasure will install the EMS software for 1 time at free of cost (as per pervious configuration, operating system need to be compatible) and existing back-up will be restored in as-is condition, hence it is customer responsibility to ensure proper back-ups taken at regular intervals (p) Contractor has to ensure maintaining the database backup (q) EMS database auto backup facility will be provided.
