REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SPLIT AC, WINDOW TYPE AC, WATER COOLER AND DESERT COOLER INSTALLED AT DEFENCE LAB JODHPUR

M & L for repair and maintenance of window type AC's of capacity 1.5 TR comprising of the following works at different locations & including refixing, commissioning, testing, painting of AC's and including writting MES Nos with black synthetic enamel paint (height of letters not less than 10mm) complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Inspecting, taking down, brushing cleaning with blower & including acid/detergent wash of condenser and cooling coil. (ii) Carry out running test of operation of blower and compressor and ensure that satisfactory functioning of all parts. (iii) Inspecting for leakage in the system. (iv) Checking the earth continuity of electrical parts. (v) Checking the functioning of thermostat. (vi) Inspection of all electrical parts. (vii) Testing the machine for satisfactory operation. Note:- (i) Any parts found unserviceable/defective shall be measured and paid separately under respectively item (here-in-after) of BOQ. (ii) Make of parts shall be as per original make of window type AC. (iii) Make(s) of AC's to be repaired are specified in Appx 'D'. (Voltas, Hitachi, Voltas, LLOYD,LG,Videocon, Carrier, Bluestar)

S & F in renewal of air filter of window type AC of capacity 1.5 TR as per existing Make & Model as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Coir foam or equivalent Make ISI Marked as approved.

Disconnecting & taking down of window type AC of any Make and Re-fixing the same after replacement of cooling coil as per existing Make and Model & including Gas charging, soldering/welding, commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down of window type AC of any Make and Re-fixing the same after replacement of condenser coil as per existing Make and Model & including Gas Charging, soldering/welding, commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of fan and blower motor as per existing Make & Model and suitable for window air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of blower as per existing Make & Model and suitable for window air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of fan blade as per existing Make & Model and suitable for window air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing and maintenance of split type AC's of capacity 1 TR/ 1.5 TR/ 2.0 TR comprising of the following works & installed at different locations & including testing, painting of outdoor unit and including writting MES Nos with black synthetic enamel paint (height of letters not less than 10mm) on indoor and outdoor unit complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Checking and rectifying the Indoor/outdoor units for noise free operation. (ii) Checking and rectifying the electrical connection for tightness. (iii) Cleaning the Out-door unit condenser and In-door unit cooling coil with air blower and latest technology cleaning system. (iv) Greasing/Oiling of condenser fan motor and blower motor. (v) Checking and rectifying for any kind of refrigerant leakage. (vi) Checking the serviceability of remote control unit. Note:- (i) Any parts found unserviceable/defective rectified/changed shall be measured and paid separately under respectively item (here-in-after) of BOQ. (ii) Make of parts shall be as per original & Genuine make of AC. (iii) Make(s) of AC's to be repaired are specified in Appx 'D'. (Voltas, Hitachi, Lloyd, Godrej, Bluestar) (iv) Providing Common tools, Special Tools, latest cleaning devices and Connected accessories is the responsibility of contractor.

All as per Srl Item No 8.00 (here-in-before) but for Split AC's of capacity 3.0 TR complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of capacitor combo running 45+2 (multi capacitor)mfd for split type AC unit as per existing as required at Site complete all as specified and directed.
