Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All provisions of the General Conditions of Contract (GCC), Special Conditions of Contract (SCC), Additional Terms and Conditions (ATC), Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), and all other terms and conditions stipulated in the tender document shall be applicable.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidding firm must have successfully trained JEE/ CET/ NEET a minimum of five thousand (5,000) students in through offline mode. The above requirement shall be fulfilled during the last Three (3) financial years, namely- 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidding firm must own and operate Online Learning Platform. The platform shall meet the following requirements-Complete video lectures must be available subject-wise, chapter-wise, and concept-wise for structured learning access. An integrated online test series must be available, including chapter-wise test papers.

Others -- Bidder shall upload a 20 pages document/screenshots detailing content structure, delivery approach, platform features, assessments, and accessibility

The bidding firm must have a minimum of Twenty Four (24) full- time teaching faculty members with at least Eight (8) years of experience in JEE/CET/NEET coaching and training. Further, the firm must have a minimum of Six (6) qualified faculty members for each of the following subjects-Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology

Others -- The bidder shall furnish the complete list of faculty members in the prescribed format Annexure-GOthers -- Salary account/ Bank Pass Book statements for the last six (6) months of each individual faculty member as per the enclosed AnnexureOthers -- Detailed faculty profiles, including qualifications and experience certificates.Valid ESI certificateValid EPF Certificate

The students trained by the bidding firm must have secured a minimum of One Hundred Twenty (120) Government Free Seats in MBBS / IIT / NIT during the last 3 following academic years: 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25

Others -- Copies of fee receipts issued by the training institute to the concerned studentsOthers -- Copies of fee receipts of the allotted colleges and/or Allotment Orders issued by KEA or the respective competent authority/agencyOthers -- Detailed list of students in the prescribed format as per Annexure-F

The bidding firm shall provide one complete set of its printed study material (hard copy) covering JEE / CET / NEET subjects. The study material must - Contain comprehensive teaching content including subject-wise theory, concept explanations, illustrations, and solved examples. Include complete test series and assessments (chapter-wise, unit- wise, and full-length tests).

Others -- The hard copy set shall be physically submitted to the Tender Inviting Authority before the last date and time of tender submissionOthers -- Materials should be as per updated syllabus For every Concept should have exercise questions (Classwork, Homework & Previous year Questions)

The bidding firm must have successfully trained students in any Government Department for JEE/ CET/ NEET coaching programs. The above requirement shall have been fulfilled during the last three (3) Academic years

Others -- Work Order and Satisfactory Completion Certificate issued by the respective Govt. Dept. for services executed during the last three Academic years.Work Done CertificateSatisfactory Performance Certificate
