Repair to the Axle assembly 2WD Steering (LH & RH) of the machine by way of dismantling and extracting worn-out and damaged parts and repairing by p/f of new parts i.e. Bush 808/00176 - 4Nos, Seal 904/07100 - 4Nos., Pin King 120/130001 - 2Nos., Washer Thrust 40/302799 – 4Nos., Bearing Thrust 40/302800 – 2Nos., Hub Wheel 40/302447 – 2Nos., Sleeve 40/303622 – 2Nos.. Seal Oil 40/303621 – 2nos., Bearing 907/04100 – 2nos., Seal Oil 40/303623 – 4nos., Pin Pivot LH 40/302366 – 1no., Pin Pivot RH 40/302365 – 1no., in place of worn out parts, the job also includes repairing of the Carrier LH and Carrier RH, by way welding, machining / finishing for proper fitment of the Carrier Bushes, and then assembling of all the parts to the machine chassis, complete job to be carried out at site, including cost of material & labour charges, and hire charges of tools and tackles required to execute the job.

Repairs to the Loader Bucket by way of P/F & fabrication of cutting edge -01 nos of required length, P/F of new M/S plates 20mm thick by way of dismantling it from the machine, extraction of the snow cutting edge from the frame and its replacement by way of removal of the damaged/cracked metal supports of the frame making use of O2-C2H2 gas cutter and fitment of the new MS plates of 20mm thickness of assorted size and drilling of holes on the blade in order to assemble the blade on the frame. Complete Job
