Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n. exc. 1.50m in depth for foundation, laying cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, man holes, pier holes etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plan & getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thickness including removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors/ hard standing, etc. laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including filling the joints with mastic mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and 38mm width inserted in position to the pattern as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors/ hard standing, plinth protection, etc., finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of brick / concrete walls or unplastered/ kerb stone surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal to existing treatment old surface of brick / concrete walls or unplastered/ kerb stone surfaces and applying two or more coats of Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete/ brick work/ ground masonry, etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 0.50cum each and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting/ welding etc. and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for restraining and resecuring only barbed wire including making good staples etc. all as specified and directed. (Each line wire shall be measured).

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and including provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Each line wire shall be measured).

S&F in repairs barbed razor type concertina coil of size 600mm dia (when un-stretched) fixed between the existing 'V' angle post and barbed wire over security wall with coil of coverage 6.00 metre per coil and weight of each coil 9.5 to 10.00 Kg hot dip galvanised and binding with and including MS annealed wire 0.9mm complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel or iron of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) in and including demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1.Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding & formwork for building upto 20.00m high. 2. No extra payment made to contractor for work in small patches as required at site/as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (any type) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n. exc. 4.0 Sqm each without taking off shutters from frame and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening of Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.6mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for resecuring or easing and adjusting shutters of any description exc. 1.00 sqm but n. exc. 2.00 sqm each without taking down shutter of any description after minor repair and making good for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and directed Note: Item applicable for insertion of hold fasts at new position only.

M&L for 12mm thick perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and acoustic purposes, 60cm x 60cm in size, fixed with screw to timber framework or with staples on snap grid including taking down old board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing the edges of RCC chajja, fascia, columns, beams & loft of stair cases and like by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 including necessary formwork or provision of rendering 15mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) with chicken wire mesh and finishing the surface fair and even including applying a coat of cement of slurry @3kg/ sqm of surface; surface area not exceeding 600mm wide in patches including taking down swollen/ damaged plaster or concrete upto 12 metre height complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutter and re-fixing to its original position after cleaning all parts, straighten sliding rails, replacing damaged strips, bottom rails, helical spring as required, greasing/ oiling, servicing for smooth functioning for all parts, including welding etc. rolling shutter push pull or manual type, size n. exc. 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only of parts to be replaced parts shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per Ser. No. 30.00 above but rolling shutter gear operated type with bevel gear box and cranked handle for smooth function, size exceeding 10Sqm but not exceeding 20Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only steel sheet 75mm wide lath strip 1.00mm thick for rolling shutters including mild steel clips at either ends duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (shade to match with the existing) over a shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel spring 75mm to 150mm dia made of high tensile steel wire conforming to IS: 4454 having 60 to 80 helical for smooth working condition for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel anchoring rod 50mm dia including necessary fixture for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from brick/ stone/ plastered surface of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc, washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including a coat of primer and 1mm thick wall care putty for smoothing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.5Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trench/ passing through GI tubing low tension, 1100V grade, underground XLPE insulated, armored, heavy duty, electric cable with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete including both side connection with cable lugs etc. including taking out old cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for underground cable 8cm below and 15cm above the cable with clean dry river sand in trenches including spreading, leveling etc. complete all as directed. Note: Punned down thickness 18cm shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying bricks common burnt sub class ‘B’ designation 75 as in brick protection all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanised iron strip of size 25mm x 4mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of bolts, nut check nuts and washers earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore (medium grade) connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009 (Part-I) and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber shall be constructed 500mm away from the edge of earth pit, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 Kg/ Sqm. complete & connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including brazing/ testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The unit rate includes galvanised Iron strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/ test point. (ii) The complete earth system shall be guaranteed to give result less than 5 ohm resistance.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement LT cubical panel (CPRI Approved) of suitable size to accommodate the following fittings and fixtures and provided with set of TPN 300 Amp, 4 strip aluminium bus bars duly sleeved with relevant colored insulation heavy duly mounted on insulators; factory made, compartment type, dust and vermin proof (IP-55) duly powder coated outdoor type suitable for 1100 volts grade, 3 phase, 4 wire supply, floor mounted fabricated out 3.15 mm CRCA sheet on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame, angle iron legs 04 Nos of 600mm length for grouting in floor with cement concrete PCC foundation of suitable size in (1:2:4) and front & rear double door type inclusive locking arrangement with provision of all incoming/ outgoing cable entries alongwith suitable size of double compression type cable gland for incoming & out going cable complete all as specified and comprising the following:-
