Supply and laying of 8 SWG GI wire with 40GSM Zinc coated, conforming to IS:280- 2006 or latest, it is to be laid with armored cable for earth continuity.

Supply and fixing of HDPE pipe of 90 mm outer dia of PE-100, PN6 class with minimum wall thickness of 3.5 mm with suitable couplings and clamps for cable laying with all necessary accessories complete.

Supply and fixing of HDPE pipe of PE-80 grade in PN-4 size 2" inner dia and outer dia 63 mm and wall thickness minimum 2.5mm, maximum 2.8 mm with 'T' joints, bolts, elbows etc. including all other connected accessories.

Supply and fixing of HDPE pipe of 75 mm outer dia of PE-100, PN6 class with minimum wall thickness of 3.5 mm with suitable couplings and clamps for cable laying with all necessary accessories complete.

Excavation of cable trench in all types soils of size 400mm wide x 1 mtr. deep, and 11 making good of the same to its original form and shape after complete including all connected materials and works up to the satisfaction of the Engineer at Site and also as per R.B JPO no: No.2003/Tele/RCIL/I Pt.IX dated 24.06.2013 The exact route of the HT/LT cable is to be decided in consultation with Engineer in charge.

Excavation of cable trench in rocky soil of size of size 400mm wide x 1 mtr. deep, 12 and making good of the same to its original form and shape after complete including all connected materials and works up to the satisfaction of the Engineer at Site and also as per R.B JPO no: No.2003/Tele/RCIL/I Pt.IX dated 24.06.2013

Excavation of cable trench in cement concrete bed flooring by using power drill to a depth of 1.0 Mtr and a width of 0.3mtr. After laying the pipe and refilling the trench with excavated 13 earth and undertaking cement concrete bed flooring to its original shape as was prevailing earlier to the satisfaction of Railways site Engineer and also as per R.B JPO no: No.2003/Tele/RCIL/I Pt.IX dated 24.06.2013.The exact route of the HT/LT cable is to be decided in consultation with Engineer in charge.

Excavation of cable trench of size 400mm x 1 mtr deep track X-ing/Road X-ing and 14 making good of the same to its original form and shape completely including all connected materials and works to the satisfaction of Railways site Engineer and also as per R.B JPO no: No.2003/Tele/RCIL/I Pt.IX dated 24.06.2013.The exact route of the HT/LT cable is to be decided in consultation with Engineer in charge.

HT/LT Cable laying by horizontal boring below track etc by pushing method-Drilling 15 for horizontal bore below track by pushing method by suitable means for laying of GI pipes/ HDPE pipe etc of various sizes, the bore shall be of 200 mm dia & shall be done at a depth of 3000 mm from ground level, it also includes insertion of pipe.

Supply and Erection of Power cable route indicators with all connected materials and works as per Drawing No.DEE/CN/BZA/2001/23.

Preparation and submission of completion drawings in A3 size with all relevant details 17 and measurements of executed installations, solar panel placement, SLD, cable routings, etc. The drawings shall be submitted in1(Soft Copy) + 3 (Hard Copy) duly signed by the concerned Supervisor, contractor, controlling officer and to be furnished along with bills.

Supply and Installation of 150mm x 50mm x 2mm thick GI perforated cable tray with cover along with required angle supports, with coupler plates, Anchor bolts and nuts etc complete and the tray should be fitted on the wall / Ceiling etc. complete.
