Dismantling timber scantling in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, as in railing/cladding complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cementlime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only MS galvanised chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing any type and any gauge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F round bars for fixing of chain link fencing, in available length cut to shap, bent to shape requried, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping etc. complete and Fe-410 W (Gde E-250 ) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde- E -165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering in CM (1:4) 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other sectionwith gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in railing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, not exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
