M&L ATT Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ATT at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed..

Repairs to 2nd class hard wood Beads, straight (any size) for glazed or gauzed joinery, renewed, including mitres etc. and removing/ taking down old beads complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying/taking out of cables, CI/GI pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to the distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course for slope correction of existing RCC roof surfaces including cleaning the roof surfaces and removing existing APP based membrane removing all foreign materials by wire brushes/ brooms/ water jet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr/ Sqm conforming to IS 3384 laying APP polymer modified membrane 3.6 to 4.0 Kg/ Sqm in weight with non-woven polyster reinforcement (mineral gravel finish on upper side of the membrane) and sealing all overlaps of 100mm in length side and 150mm on width side of membrane by torching the same as per manufacture instruction and all as per specified particular specification and including removing old APP membrane and 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with WPT 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Minor repair to aluminum joinery and making serviceable the same by mean of adjustment, greacing as necessary etc all complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing MS galvansied fencing size 50x50mm and 3.8 mm dia wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standars, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS bars 12mm dia Round bar for support to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only screw bolts 12mm dia machine made hexagonal or square head at one end screwed the other or screwed both ends to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square not exc 150mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of Damp proof (primer coat) + painting two coats at all levels with Apex ultima Acrylic emulsion paint (Apex Ultima) or equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer by machanically (i.e grinder and Airless painting machine) (after complete removing old existing paint / primer by mechanically) to achive an even shade including jet washing, crack filling and prepration of surface upto G+3 bldgs alongwith necssary scaffolding and safety arrangements complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge Note : All work to be operated by mechanically (i.e Grinder Machine and Air less painting machine) not by blade / brush / roller / normal spray machine)
