INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix exhaust fan 300 mm sweep AC, 240 volts, metal body with inclusive of louverd shutters fixed as per manufacturer instruction, connecting with and including 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed three core cable including louvers and shutters complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED tube of 1X20 W (4 feet) 230V,6000k, Taskline AL slim LED batten excellent energy saving and maintenance -free operation, is an ideal replacement solution for existing battens with T5 fluorescent lamp.Housing made up of extruded aluminium and extruded PC diffuser complete with all accessories and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixsng multi stage submersible centrifugal pumping set of closed coupled (monoblock) construction with CI impeller connected to a TEFC induction motor suitable for 415+5% volts, 3 phase , 50 cycles AC supply as per the details given below, including the level controller. pumps to operate on heavy flow:- (a) Capacity :- Discharge 300 LPM of suitable HP (b) Head ; 40 Meter (c) No of stage : Multi stage (d) RPM : 2850 (e) Material of construction (i) Shaft/Impeller/Casing - CI (ii) Bearing : Grease lubricated (iii) Seal : Mechnical Seal (iv) Expansion belows on suction/delivery side (f) Mover : electric motor driven. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically driven Horizontal and suction centrifugal pump of capacity 5 HP , confirm ing 12469: 1988 suitable for automatic operation consisting of the following :- (a) Horizontal end suction/ centrifugal pump, suitable for operation on 415 volts± 6%, 3 phase, 50 HZ AC Supply. The installation shall be complete with flexible coupling and coupling guard as required. Fire pump shall have C.I. casing, CS diffusers, bronze impeller (hard fininshed and dynamically balanced) and S.S Shaft with mechanical seal, capable for delivering 2850 LPM at outlet head of 30 mts to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5 Kg/Sqcm at the farthest or topmost hydrant with follwing components:- (i) Brass foot vlve 01 No suitable for suction pump. (ii) Flanged sluice valve - 01 No suitable for delivery pump. (iii) Flanged CI NRV-01 No suitable for delivery pump. (iv) GI suction pies fo dia as specified by manufactures to a length no more than 9 Mtrs. (v) CI delivery pipes of dia as specified by manufactures to a length not more 9 Mtrs. (vi) Burdern type pressure guage on delivery of pump set. (vii) Interconnections of delivery mains. (viii) 20mm GI pipe line for priming. (ix) 20mm Gunmetal valve (priming valve)-01 No Pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150% of rated capacity at a head of not less than 65% of the rated head. The shut off head shall not exceed 120% of rated head.

(b) Squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase 50 HZ AC supply, for the above pump with synchronous speed of 2900 RPM, confirming to IP 55 protection & class F insulation. The motor shall conform to IS 325-1978 (up to date) with flexible coupling and coupling guard, complete as required. (c) Common base plate for (a) and (b) from M.S. Channel of suitable size for fixing pump set all as specifed by the manufacturer. (d) Suitable cement concrete foundation with cement concrete plaster complete with anti-vibration arrangement of cushy foot mountings.

Supply and install, testing and commissioning of approved OEM factory assembeled diesel engine driven generating set outdoor, capnopy type of 10 KVA capacity, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, minimum 1, AC power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete wioth fuel tank, battery, AMF panel on PCC foundation and standard accessories and fittings, install on vidbration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation all as directed by manufacturer with the following specification:- (A) ENGINE : Water Cooled Diesel Engine of suitable capacity to match the 10 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10% over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running conforming to IS. The engine shall consists of the following:- (i) Fly wheel with starter ring , Flexible coupling with guard. (ii) Dynamo, FIP, Mechanical Governer, All type of filters, 12V self regulating alternator driven engine, exhaust silencer heavy duty residential type , 12V Starter DC, turbo charger, lub oil pump, Trickle charging arrangements & (Gear type), Instrument panel complete with auto/manual starting switch with duplicate key, Lubricating oil temperature gauge, Indicating lamp, battery charging ammeter, KWH meter, RPM meter, safety control against low lub oil pressure, Over speed stop with double driveen adaptor. (iii) AMF Panel Auto start with changeover 63 Amps 4 pole 415 V, 25 KA, AMF Shall be suitable for two incoming (DG Set & Commercial supply) and one out going with suitable capacity of MCCBs 4 Pole power contactor, AVF Meter, KWH Meter, Volt/Ammeter, AMF Relay, CTs, Indicators, Auto battery charger etc. Make of Engine : Kirloskar Green

(B) BRUSHLESS ALTERNATOR : (i) Alternator coupled to engine indigenous make through a flexible coupling mounted on sturdy steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation, brushless alternator shall be conforming to BS-2613 or relevant of IS-4722/IS13364. (ii) Type :- self excited, self regulated with automatic voltage regulator (ii) Rating:- 10 kVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition. Speed:- 1500 RPM, System :- 415 V +/- 2.55 AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz., IP-23, Self Ventilated, Insulation class H. Make of Alternator : KOEL (C ) CONTROL PANEL :- The DG set control panel for mounting oil pressure, hours run, emergency stop button, RPM meters, water temperature etc which are required to check for smooth functioning of DG sets during its running period. All other safety provision shall be provided as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (D) ONE SET OF ACCESSORIES COMPRISING OF :- (a) FUEL TANK , made out of Sheet steel 16 SWG and capacity to hold diesel sufficient for running 12 hours running at full load with level indication arrangements, stop cock, , drain plug, Fuel strainer, air vent and fuel supply pump complete with piping from tank to pump and to engine including return of overflow. Fuel tank capacity shall be sufficient for 12 hours and mounted as per manufacturer's instructions.

(b) SEMI ROTARY PUMP:- Manually operated fuel pump for filling diesel in the tank of adequate capacity with inlet connection to the tank with 5 meter flexible hose pipe heavy duty for suction of diesel from barrel. (c) BATTERY :- (vii) Electric starting equipment comprising of the following : Heavy duty battery two Nos 12 volts 110 AH (2 Nos) connected to the system fully charged including copper lead and battery terminals complete. Make: Exide/Amaron (d) Base plate :- Fabricated out of MS channel ISMC of suitable size for fixing of DG set all as specified by the manufacturer. Foundation of the DG Set as per manufecturer drawing. (E) CANOPY as per Manufacturer recommendation. With latest CPCB norms , test certification comprising of the following specifications :- VENTILATION AND AIR CIRCULATION: i) Natural ventilation system for Water Cooled Engines as special radiator fan takes care of air changes inside canopy ii) Exhaust pipe is thoroughly insulated by covering it with glass wooland further cladded in Enclosure. ELECTRICAL: i) Neutral/Body earthing points at the sides of enclosure are isolated through Dough Moulded compound.

Supply and fix Water meter in cast iron enclosure, PVC spindle suitable for 80mm dia pipe, both ends flanged and making necessary arrangement for fixing complete with nut, bolts washers etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 'Y' type strainer with stainless steel wire mesh suitable for 80 mm dia pipe, both ends flanged and making necessary arrangement for fixing complete with nut, bolts washere etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric energy meter 3 phase digital temper proof with optical port of rating 10-60 Amps, CT operated (ration 100/5A) complte including MS box and fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

M&L cable route indicator mad of RCC size 0.2M x 0.31M x 0.75M height using 1:2:4 type B-1 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar 100 mm c/c both way, voltage and cable size mentioned in bolt letter, painted with black back ground with two coat of yellow paint, in foundation PCC 1:3:6 type using 20mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work complete as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and fix 90Watt, IP-66 sealed optic LED street light luminaire with housing made of die cast aluminium with smooth finish powder coated for better environmental protection and fixtures should besuitable for bracket of street light of 40mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified below:- (i) The fixture shall be designed so as to ave lumen maintenance of at least 70% at the end of 70000 hours. (ii) The luminaire should be operable with auto adjustable 120-240 volt supply using the same driver. Ambient temperature at LED should not be more than 70 degree centigrade. (iii) Power factor of the electronic driver should be at least 0.90 abd efficiency of the luminaire to be more than 85%. (iv) The fixture should be dark sky complaint. The fixture should use aluminium MCPCB printed circuit boards for better thermal management. (v) The luminaire should throw the perfect amount of uniform light with exactly the desired intensity and best pole spacing, along with better light control. (vi) The luminaire shall employ individual optical lens for the each of the LEDs to ensure better uniformity of light distribution. (vii) The fixture should be vibration resistance, if the fixture is also to be used in vibration prone areas like flyovers / bridges. (viii) Heat dissipation should be managed through a built in external heat sin. (ix) Colour rendering index of minimum 66 with color temperature of 4000K, including 40 dia 1.5 mtr long GI light grade pipe bracket including suitable size of clamp. Supply and fixing 25mm thick Niteril rubber for insulating the GI duct on outer surface all around the length of the duct complete with adhesive and fastening arrangement all as directed at site.

Material and labour for Grill for opening of GI duct in the rooms with flow adjustment facility powder coated of size 450 mm x 150 mm flush to wall complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for MCCB enclosure with MCCB 40 Amps 4 pole 16 KA for Evapour cooler (04 for A Block and 03 for B Block) complete all as specified and directed at site.
