RequiredTenderer should have in the last five years period 2021-2022 to 2025-26 Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work of supply of Man power service in Government/ semi Government to an extent of 50 Percent of the cost of the service work, such as Man power supply work of value not less than Rs 1.30 Lakhs. Work done certificate issued by an officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year (both days inclusive).

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.

The tenderer should maintain the scheme during the defective liability period.

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement portal

The tenderer shall scan & upload all the original documents required for this bid to the e-procurement portal. The Original Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of Bid for physical verification

It is to be noted that any false documentation is found to be uploaded, the action may attract punitive measures such as blacklisting, cancellation of registration etc.
