OD2518/2023-2024:Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 500 kVA Out door type unitized sub station comprising of HT panel trunked with cast resin Transformer with load break switch/ Air break switch on HT side and Provision for manually operated, with bottom entry cable box, 800A, 4 pole 50kA Micro processor based isolation duty ACB on L.T. side as per technical details furnished below. H.T. Portion consists of (1) 1 No 11K.V, 630A, 350M.V.A Air break/Load break switch suitable for 3 phase, 3wire, 50 Hz system with suitable HRC fuses of appropriate rating with earth inter lock with main switch and mechanical ON/OFF indication,( 2 )shunt trip coil for the remote operation of the load break switch, Transformer Portion consists of 500 K.V.A , 11 K.V, 50 Hz, Delta/Star connected cast resin insulated copper wound transformer. The core shall be made of high grade grain oriented silicon M4 steel lamination insulated and oxide layer and outside of the core shall be protected against corrosion by epoxy resin finish. Class 'F' insulation level shall be maintained. OFF load tap changing facility shall be incorporated so s to achieve tap position of 2.5% x 4. The transformer shall confirm to IS. TOD Metering Facilities consists of (a) 3nos , 15VA, 0.2S lass accuracy Cast resin C.T.(or rating suggested by K.S.E.B) (b) 1No 3Phase 3Limb 11KV/110V, 10VA, 0.2 Class accuracy Cast resin PT. with protective fuses. (c ) 0.2S class TOD meter (d)Provision for fixing TOD meter & test terminal block, (TOD meter and CT,PT unit compartment shall be so fabricated. So as to enable the K.S.E.B authorities to seal it). and including arranging testing nd installation of the same with K.S.E.B. Testing Division. All inter connection from HT load break switch to transformer and to LT breaker shall be given using electrolytic copper bus bar insulated with heat shrink sleeves and tinned at the point of contacts. All internal earth connections are to be given as per standards. Necessary protection shall be made for giving cable connections on he HT side as well as HT side. Phase barriers and shrouding as per rules has to be given. The enclosure shall comply to IP standards for outdoor installation and shall be powder coated over suitable primer after seven tank processing. The USS shall be installed as per the directions at site.
