Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m but n exc 3.0 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or boulders/ stone masonry/ PCC block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning / function of existing sewage system and pumping station (comprising of sewage lines in SGSW pipes, hume pipe and CI pipes) of any dia at any depth, manholes septic tanks and soakage wells of different types sizes and in any position i.e below or above ground level, located in different situations and also on the surfaces of the wall etc complete in perfect function/running/flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system and including removing of all wastes solid or liquid of any description from the location of works in the entire area of from the location of works under AGE B/R at Ranikhet Mil Stn. (i) two (Sewage cleaner) one supervisor alongwith two Mobile phone with daily report at 0900 Hours to the complain cell/sub div in the proper uniform & with necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strip, iron rods, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask etc for the execution of this item and quoted rate shall also include this provision including conveyance of workers & supervisor (ii) A team of workers with T&P is required to look after the sewage complaints of the entire location as directed when the blockage occurs as directed by Engineer -in- Charge and completion report shall be submitted upto 5 PM. (iii) Contractor or his representative shall report daily at 09.00 AM in the office of Engineer -in-charge to obtain the complaint slips and necessary directions.

(iv) The attendance register shall be maintained by JE(Civil) and put up to Engineer -in-Charge daily. In case of absence, a panel recovery of Rs. 500/- per day per workers and rs 700/- per day supervisor shall be imposed on the contractor. (v) A complaint register shall be maintained by JE and proper record of complaints received and attended with date and time shall be recorded and shall be signed daily by both the parties. Complaint register shall be kept on record of JE/Engineer-in-charge after completion of work. (vi) The complaint regarding blockage of sewage system shall not remain unattended for more than 24 hours after register it with the contractor or his representative who may be lodged/tied up by telephone or in writing or personal contact In case of failure, a penalty of Rs. 200/- per complaint per day for the inconvenience caused to the users shall be imposed on the contractor.

(vii) The status of GE/ Engineer-in-charge is only as far as contract -operating conditions are concerned and GE/Engineer -in-charge will have no liability to give permanency of employment to either the contractor or any of his employees. This fact will be clearly explained by the contractor to all his employees and certificate to this effect will be rendered by him at the time of commencement of the work. (viii) A certificate shall be produced by the contractor to the effect that every employee engaged by him have been paid their wages in full and has obtained receipts. (ix) Supervisor will supervise the workers. (x) Each worker shall be submitted the affidavit of Rs. 10/- stamp paper duly notary that he will not claim the employment from the department/ GE.

Taking off existing manhole cover & cleaning of manhole (any size/ depth) by dewatering and taking out rubbish/ sludge etc by manual or by mechanical means and removing the same to a distance n. exc 50 mtr distance and put into newly excavated earth and placing back in position the removed cover complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The excavation and earth work of pit in any type of soil is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor.

De- sledging of existing manholes and septic tanks of any capacity size and depth including disposal of sludge etc and taking off the manhole cover and placing in the same position after taking out sludge through mechanically sewage suction pump/honey sucker machine and dividedly store in covered container etc complete and removing the sludge in covered van/ trolley outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Dewatering of existing manhole/septic tank will not be measured only solid material will be measured. (ii) Honey sucker machine will be provided on Quarterly basis.

Cleaning of blocked / chocked WC (any pattrern) including drain/ sewer/ sewage line of any discription (SGSW/RCC/CI pipe) of 100mm/ 150mm/ 200mm dia or any dia at any depth by rodding or by mechenical means and well flushing the complete sewer line with water upto first manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked / chocked nahani Trap/ floor trap including drain/ sewer/ sewage line of any description (SGSW/ RCC/ CI pipe) of 100mm/ 150mm/ 200mm dia or any dia at any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete sewer line with water upto first manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking off existing cover of septic tanks/soak well & cleaning of septic tank/soak well of any size/capacity by mechanical sewage sucking pumping machine and transport the sludge in to a mechanical sewage carrier tank for removing the same to a distance 10 to 15 KM from defence land and placing back in position the removed cover complete all as specified and directed Note :- Net quantity of sludge as removed shall be measured and paid.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching and channels of manholes including necessary form work complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes, landing etc. setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent in shape required, including cranking bending hooks ends and binding with M.S.wire (annealed) not less then 0.9mm dia complete all specified and directed.

Form work to soffit or sides of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slab and similor item not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or slooping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SWG, AC or RCC) 150 mm bore set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding haunching etc and removing from site to a distance n exc 50m as directed all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors for sewage line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade-A laid in trenches and jointed in C:M 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pips for 150mm bore pipes including packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down AC rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings heads shoes bends swan necks etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm bore cast iron pipe (sand cast) as in soil, waste and vent pipe, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm bore cast iron pipe (sand cast) as in soil waste and vent pipe, in any length with or without, with cement joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment as described as under (i) to (vii) :- Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed. M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using brick aggregate over the treated surface complete all as specified and directed. M&L for 40mm thick PCC, 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed.

After laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water ,including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed. Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed. The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated.

S&F in repair 10 Liters capacity, PVC Valve less, Syphonic action type, low level flushing cistern, white, with inlet ball valve, float, handle, flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density of PVC, 32mm dia including brackets and connections to pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580mm x 440mm, white, with integral foot rests with 'P; or 'S' trap, including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. in reapairs including Provn of lime concrete bedding and making good to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china premium/ 1st quality wash down water closet WC(including seat cover) white/ ivory/ off white (closed pattern incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/ gel gasket etc. (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair health faucet (ABS body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI water tubing of 15mm dia, medium grade conforming to IS-1239(Part -1) including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union dockets etc & fixed to walls, ceilings & laid on floors complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of PVC water storage tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but n.exc 2000 ltrs mechanized dewatering of water including sludge from the tanks, cleaning internal & external tank surfaces with high pressure water spray, vacuum cleaning, anti bacterial spray, UV radiation, spray of bleaching powder including writing date of cleaning (with thick paint in capital bold letter) on each tank etc complete etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. by Engr - in- charge. Note : - Rate includes the following :- (i) Opening & closing of tank covers properly before & after execution of cleaning work. (ii) Removal & re-fixing of float valves of any size & description before & after execution of work. (iii) Removal of sludge where directed by Engr - in- charge. (iv) User completion certificate shall be produced by the contractor. (v) If damage the tank during the cleaning, will re-fitting with new tank with contractor's risk. (vi) If damage the float valve during the removal for re-fitting will re-fitting the same with contractor's risk.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe minimum weight 142 gram complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm bore dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe minimum weight 210 gram complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloure/ printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ Rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured/ printed tiles 300mm x 450mm, 6 to 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.
