| 1.01 | PENDAL WORK Providing and erecting of suitable sections high quality aluminium and steel hanger structure (German Hanger) Pendal having clear span of 150 feet including entry and exit decoratives doors and side kanad with all material, labour, transportation, etc. complete. The design strength structure shall be such that should bear all wind loads etc complete. Minimum size of the pendal 150 ft. X 150 ft. (a) Pendal should be covered on all sides with good quality cloth (New) (b)The entire roof needs double covering ,top with white cloth & ceiling with full cloth. (c) Pendal area middle pathway covered with matting 10 ft wide covered with red carpet for full length. (d) Erection of D barragetting with cloth for VIP & exit area as per specifications given by the PWD Dept./ University Engineer/ Site Engineer and fulfill the protocol of Hon. Governor sir (e)Fire Extingushers in Pendal area to be provided as per Norms or standards or as directed by PWD/ University Enigineer/ Site Enigneer. (f) Cleaning of area before start & end of work. | 1.02 | Stage work (Main Funciton Stage) a) Stage size 40 ft x 30 ft. and height 4 ft or 5 ft from floor as per directed by I/c & should be screwed well to good quality New plywood 19 mm thick including synthetic new red colour carpet & noice proof materials so that noice can be avoided or as directed by incharge. (b) The height of pendal on stage will be 18 ft to 22 ft suitable for pendal lenth as per site condition. (c) The stage should be structurally sound as per specification of public works Department and satisfaction of Police Department & stage stability certificate from PWD is responsibilty of Exhibitor/ Pendal contractor. (d) The ceiling of stage will be decorative and colur full cloth. Also top & sides should be covered by dark black tadpatri and as per directives and sample selected by University Engineer/ Pendal Committee (e) The roof of pendal should be waterproof. (f) The stage back side cloth (colur) wich is to be suitable for decoration and will have to be excuted as per instructions received from office representative of stage decoration committee. (g) Three steps for front side of stage for decoration with poltted plants. (h) wooden or M.S. steps of standard size and safe with hand rails of decorative cloth across the width of stage on both sides. Pre-Fabricated MS Super Structure of suitable sections with Tarpuline & top plain ceiling of white cloth (Plain levelled ceiling at height 3.5M) with side covers of Kanad good quality material & inner part with cloth & outer side Facia elevated with framing & white cloth from top to bottom ( Ht.5m) including entry & exit doors etc. complete. (a) Pendal should be covered on all sides with good quality colour full cloth (New) (b) Pendal poles will have to be covered with good quality colour full cloth. (Entrance main/VIP, Near Examination hall , Dispensary, Fire fighting & other etc)
Pendal & Dining Area Side Kanad Having height 8 to 10 ft as per directed by Incharge. (a) Poles of 8 ft centre to centre will have to be covered with good quality colur full coth with height of 8 ft to 10 ht from gound level. (b) Entire partition should be of double colour full cloth.
Baragetting as per directed by Incharge. Poles of 8 ft centre to centre will have to be tight well with suitable height from ground level as directed by University Engineer or Security Officer, MPKV.
Box Kaman having size 20' height , 3ft x 3 ft and 4 Nos to be erected at different locations with good quality cloths along all the sides and as per directed directed by I/C
Supplying with operator Portable mobile toilet Indian type with sullage van,operator, buckets and all accessories etc complete

ELECTRIFICATON WORK Light arrangements for Main Pendal & dining : Fancy light brakets with lamp for Entrace, central gate of pendal with wirring of standar make in pendal area.
Tube fitting of 4 ft long, 25 watt including wiring and fixing in pendal area as directed.
LED flood light fittings with wiring & fitting for entrance , Main pendal, stage & dining pendal of standard make of 200 watts as directed.
Extra lights boards for TV/Radio/LED screen/PA system etc including wiring and refixing in pendal area as directed.
Pedestal fans in good condition including wiring and fixing in pendal area as directed.
Ceiling fans in good condition including wiring and fixing in pendal area as directed.
Air cooler including wiring and fixing in pendal area as directed.
Tower Air conditioning system including wiring and fixing in stage area as directed.
LED SCREEN P4 (a) Backdrop P4 LED screen of size 20 ft x10 ft for stage 1 No. with stand & Operator.
LED SCREEN P4 (b) P4 LED Screen of size 12 ft x 8 ft for Pendal 2 No with stand & Operator.
Three live setup Video camera 3HD mixer wireless unit along with drone & Operator.
LED TV Monitor 52'' with installation with stand & Operator.
CAMERA WORK CCTV camera (15 Nos) along with necessary wiring DVR, vidio mixures & Operator etc as directed by Incharge
Generator (Sound proof) of 200 KVA of standard make with necessary fuel (Report from Electrical Inspector on installation is necessary) with change over switch and cabling including operator timing 12 hours per day for One day event as directed by Incharge
