M&L for preparation of black top surfaces of old bitumen road and premixed macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms, and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen all as specified and as directed

M&L Bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with paving bitumen any penetration using mechanical paver all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free dust, mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal) and applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well remmed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings . 6.3mm size and again well rammed depth of potholes exc 30mm but n.exc 50mm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing the surface, providing and applying 2mm thick road marking/paints (retro reflective) of shade/colour approved by GE using hot thermoplastic material (to standard temp with gas) @ 6.5Kg/Sqm and glass beads @ 250gm/sqm by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass bead dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe driven by experienced operator on road surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in berms or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and and as directed

S & F solar road stud of size 132x122x81 mm with a shank of size 42.5x42.5x62mm alluminium body 100% water proofing design confirm to IP-67 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for road reflective studs cat's eye model 290 series made of ABS plastic of size 90mm x 107mm x 17mm dynamically designed to with stand very highy impact strength and fitted with 2Nos highly reflective reflector complete all as specified fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed .

Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick ,coarse aggregate for granolithic floors graded from 12.5mm to 4.75mm, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded stone aggregate) for haunching , kerb etc for pavements including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.
