Earthwork in hard soil or gravelly soil with 50m initial lead and lifts including breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtrs in depth leveling dressing the bed and removing all foreign materials including roots, brushes and depositing the soil in layers and rolling for ordinary compaction as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting two coats with weather seal over a coat of primer after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P etc required for the work etc complete in all respect.

Painting two coats with approved paint on wood work & iron work (Old & New) including cost, conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work in all floors including cost of paint and primer etc. complete.

Finishing wall surfaces with acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost & conveyance of all materials taxes labour T & P etc complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charges.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer of approved shade on new work to give and even shade including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials paint labour T&P etc complete in all respect.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris with all leads and lifts and all labour T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respects.

16mm.(5/8 inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Dismantling old tiled flooring (tiles only) including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries with all leads and lifts from the work site including cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm. in depth with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm. size hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15cm (6 inch) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, watering and curing, sundries and T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
