Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for LT cables complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers n. exc 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified& directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumnium conductor ,1100 volts grade ,corss sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified & directed.

All as per ser item No. 4 here-in-before but 70 Sqmm 3½ core. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L bricks common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ for LT UG cable protection complete

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after lying of calbe in trenches complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting of floor/wall/road/footpath for removal of LT U/G cable of any size/description and making good the same as per existing specification after laying the new cable and all as specified & directed.

S&F of GI pipe light grade 80mm bore for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed.

All as per ser item No.12 here-in-before but 50mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc using necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for galvanized earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using glavanised iron strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of MS and protected by light grade 40mm dia and 20mm dia bore for watering and incl funnel, wire mesh RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (incl excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr) all as specified and shown on Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws fixed with MS clamp 40 x 6 mm and 2 set with nut & bolt as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 Meter long) duly painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface and one coat of black bituminious paint on embedded surface incl writing of Pole Numbers etc., and marking of two black & two yellow strips with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.2 Mtr height and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulated unarmoured & PVC sheathed copper cable 3 core of cross sectional area 1.5 Sqmm for providing necessary electrical connection from Sheet metal enclosure to light fittings including with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of Galvanised Steel Tubing pipe 32 mm bore 60 Cm in length, light grade with PVC long Bends 300mm long for Incoming and Outgoing Cables, grouting in Cement Concrete, Complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cement Concrete will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing of brackets made out of 32 mm dia light grade GI Pipe 1.50 mtr long bent to shape and size fixed on location using new 30 x 5 mm GI clamps- 02 Nos made to shape incl nuts, bolts & washersof suitable size including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer incl taking down existing bracket (8 No's) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable Junction box of size 155mm x 210mm x 92mm weather proof, IP 66/67 for outdoor installation including 05 Nos terminals fixing on street light pole using GI Clamps of size 30 x 5mm (02 Nos each pole) with suitable size of nuts, bolts & washers etc. with MCB SP, 6 Amps, 240 volts, 50 Hz - 01 No. complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of LT/street light pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/ brackets, street light brackets, cross arms and making Red & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30 cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified. Note : Pole serial no. will be as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Making horizontal bore hole under road up to 100mm bore size at the depth not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of LT underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old OH ACSR Conductor of AAC Conductor complete all as specifiede and dirtected.

Dismantling of old insulators of any size/type complete all as specifiede and dirtected.

Dismantling of old cross Arms /MS Channels or Angle Iron of sny size complete all as specifiede and dirtected.
