Excavation in foundation soil (Loam clay or sand) including left upto 1.5 metre (5fts) and lead upto 30 Mtr (100fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tremches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed Engineer in charge up to distance of 30m (100fts) from the foundation trenches .(As per SI No. 251)

Providing & Laying Fine sand 1:6:12 Brick ballast (40mm nominal size) etc. As per SI No 273

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15' landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windowsills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level,excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with l:1.5:3 (l cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-Ill) : 3 graded stone aggegate 20 mm nominal size as per CHP. 5 ITEM NO 18.0 (5.3)

Miled steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not wrougt to include in overall rates) wrougt to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised overlapping shallbe measured upto floor two level.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, ic fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts,fasteners etc.As per CHPt. 10 ITEM NO 24( 10.28)

Class 150 brick work in 1:6 cement and c-sand etc. As per SOR CHP. 06 ITEM NO 1.0 (6,1.1)

12mm thick plaster with cement approved coarse sand in 1:3 including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As perSOR CHP. 13 ITEM NO 2.0 (13.4.1)
