MAINTENANCE, RECTIFICATION AND REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY AND SANITARY INSTALLATIONS INCLUDING TOILETS AND ASSOCIATED FITTINGS IN OTM ACCN (SOUTH ZONE) AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar screed/ plaster and removing debris out of defence land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non-skid ceramic-coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors and fixed with neat cement slurry and joints filled with matching colour cement to match with tile colour over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes tiles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non-skid ceramic-coloured premium tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (Matt finish) area of each tile exc. 0.18 sqm but not exc. 0.38 sqm as in floors, fixed with neat cement slurry and joints filled with matching colour cement to match with tile colour over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes tiles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

`-Ditto- all as per item No 3 above but as in skirting/dado including necessary cutting etc over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles all tiles of size 7-8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.13 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in dado/skirting/wall tiles and riser to steps and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete etc. over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on surface other than fair face of brick-work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in platforms, floors, aprons laid in cement mortar etc and rubbish off the premises etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 20 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 for laying topping layer of etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (Rounded at edges and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, platform for WHB, Urinal Partition and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match existing, fixed with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 600mm x 600mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass (frameless) with stainless steel bracket and screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 450mm x 600mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass (PVC Framed white coloured) complete, all as specified and as directed.
