M&L for dismantling of air compressor / blower Model UGRK 240 Make: USHA and seperating the assembly of compressor pump and electric motor from horizontal air tank carefully by opening rubber belt, flywheel, nuts, bolts, foundation bolts, opening discharge hose pipe nuts & bolts, loading / unloading the pump set from central STP & transport to nearest workshop for repair and took back after repair, reconnecting accessories and other fittings / fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing / servicing of electric motor cap 50HP coupled to air compressor, AC 3phase, by dismantling the motor and coupling pulley and sent to work shop for repair. Removal of existing burnt out copper winding wire, cleaning of slots using suitable reagents and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge to achieve required RPM, varnsihing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing, painting and assembling the same after complete repair, connecting with pump and making necessary electrical connection and testing of motor after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining required RPM after repair, non compliance of speed considered as incomplete repair.

Cleaning of MBBR Rector tank of size 5.65 meter dia, 5.00 metre depth & 0.80 meter free board by bailing out complete sewage and all the accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles etc, scrubbing, brushing and removing all the dirt / sludge accumulated on the walls / floor etc and depositing outside MD land, after complete removal of accumulted material finally cleaning the tank with fresh water complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Item No 4 above but Sludge Holding tank of size 3 x 3 metre, 1.80 metre depth & 0.30 metre free board complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Item No 4 above but Sludge Drying Beds of size 9 x 9 metre, 1.50 metre depth & 0.30 metre free board complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of decanter centrifugal with maxm solid density: 3.0kg/cum, Bowl speed : 5300 rpm and Feed temp : 60̊ deg Centigrade and comprising of horizontal cylindrical bowl equipped with a screw conveyor, gear box, Feed inlet, Discharge ports and Feed tube. The servicing shall be carried out by dismantling of bowl, screw conveyer, gear box and feed tube, cleaning of ports and greasing and oiling of other mechanical parts for smooth functioning and reassembling the entire machine complete all as specified and directed. M & L for servicing / maintenance of dual media filter / pressured filter / Multigrade filter of any filtration capacity (Cum/hr) and any specific dimension of vessel made from Carbon Steel IS 2062 grade steel plate installated at various locations, by dismantling and disconnecting inlet and outlet water connection, testing and checking of face piping, fittings, valves, filter media, under bed plate fitted with strainer, pre/post filter pressure gauges, cocks, manhole, hand hole, air vent system cleaning of existing sand gravel/media for removal of algae on walls and media using pressurized water arrangement to obtain discharge rate as per existing or higher rate after cleaning / servicing and testing of entire collection system (Header / Lateral) and frontal piping system for leakage after reassembling complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All parts such as valves/gauges/pipe and other connected accessories if found unsv shall be replaced under respective items (ii) Replacement of filter media such as sand, gravel and antracite as per existing size shall be replaced/replenish depending on the quality and quantity of media with the prior approval of Engr-in-charge under respective item. (iii) All necessary arrangement required at site for testing/checking shall be arranged by the contractor on his own expenses.

Description all as per item no.15 above but for activated carbon filter/pressure carbon filter (Granules activated carbon / powdered activated carbon) of any flow rate and dimensions.

Taking out existing sand filter media / gravel / sludge of filter media from filters of dual media filter / pressured filter / Multigrade filter of any filtration capacity (m3/hr) and any specific dimension, stacking properly for reuse (depending on density), depositing at a distance not less than 50m apart from the starting point complete all as speicifed and directed.

Supply and laying stone gravells / pebbles, confirming to IS 8419-1977 laid in dry, in layers of n.exc. 400mm thick suitable for dual media filter / pressured filter / Multigrade filter of any filtration capacity (Cum/hr) and any specific dimension for the following dimensions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Filter gravel shall consist of hard, preferably rounded stones with an avg specifiec gravity not less than 2.5 shall be free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind.

M&L for periodical Servicing & maintenance of chemical dosing plant by providing specialist trades men including replacement of valve, rubber washer, check nut, connecting nuts, adapter and cleaning and servicing of solution tank and connected items to ensure that perfect serviceability of the plant and obtain required dosage to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge.Note:- (i) Minor item such as gasket ,wires,lugs or any other item require for Periodical Servicing & maintenance shall be deemed to be included in the cost of this item.(ii) Major spare part if found unserviceable shall be measured & paid separately as supply only.

Supply and fix in repair dosing pump / injector, high/Max pressure of 4Kg/Sqm and Max flow rate 6 liters/hr, single head gear motor adjustable dosing pump with accessories complete including lead tubing, connecting Nuts, injection check valve, clay weight and ferrules, suitable for Altoch dosing plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair white suction / Discharge tube of size 3/4" or 3/8" dia suitable for chemical dosing plant complete all as specified and directed.
