Resetting of wooden core panel raised access/false flooring by 1. removing the floor panels, checking and correcting line, level and integrity of supporting sub floor metallic grid comprising of pedestals, stringer bars and cast iron cap/gasket/flower, 2. Replacing missing floor bolts/screws, stringer bars, check nuts etc., 3. Replacing damaged cap/flower bynew custom made cast iron ones, 4. Removing and replacing, wherever damaged, gasket around the wooden core panels with new rubber/PVC ones 5. Replacing damaged flooring panels with available panels of same size.

Dismantling false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main ’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x 28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size (24x24x3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening “for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preventing leakage of conditioned air through false flooring by creating a sub-floor- barrier along the line of aluminium partition by fixing available particle board in between the vertical alumnium members of partition extending below the false flooring to the original flooring. Where vertical aluminium members are not extending below false flooring, MS frame in 45 x 45 mm angle section at top and bottom with vertical 40 mm flats at 1.20 m intervals, with inclined 40 x 5 mm flat welded/bolted to vertical frame at one end and boted to flooring at other end for lateral stiffness may be formed and the particle board shall be screwed to this frame. (MS frame shall be paid for separately).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Removing carefully without causing damage and with intention to reuse, aluminium partitions, after removing the top member, then sequentially removing the panels from top to bottom, and bolting the adjacent partition at joints to floor so as to maintain the stability of retained partitions, making good the walls and floor, and stacking aluminium sections, glazing and particle board within 50 m lead, all complete.

Aluminium partition work for fixed partition using available aluminium sections. The rate is inclusive of supply of screws and cleats and EPDM gaskets required for connecting sections and fixing. Glazing, particle board and grill shall be paid for separately.

Providing and fixing anodised available aluminium grill including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Providing and laying 2 mm thick PVC sheet flooring of make Chalenger ® or equivalent brand in approved colour in the following steps. 1. Cleaning the existing floor surface throughly to remove any dirt, dust or grease. 2. Forming 1.2 m x 1.2 m grid bound along the base of skirting, with copper strips width 10 mm, thickness 0.08 mm, the strips firmly glued to floor without leaving any projection 3. Applying contact adhesive like synthetic rubber adhesive Fevicol SR 505 or equivalent on the existing flooring surface as well as the backing of flooring sheet, in thin layers using putty blade, and allowing the adhesive to dry. 4. Pressing down 2 surfaces progressively without allowing air bubble-entry, ensuring uniform contact, and providing 24 hour curing time without any contact pressure on the surface. The rate is inclusive of all material including the flooring sheet, copper strips, glue and the labour charges for fixing copper strips and flooring sheet, but doesn't include the cost of earthing.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately).

Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Fixing available aluminium door of size 1.00 m x 2.00 m or nearby size, including cost of pivots, 2 no.s of handles if glazing plate not available, etc.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing with SS screws, SS 304 plate of thickness 1 mm to close the openings on wooden core floor panels to prevent leakage of conditioned air.

Credit for perforated SS 304 plate of size 0.25 m x 0.60 m or nearby, after removing and stacking the same.

Shifting of furniture, including detaching from floor/wall/between units, listed below from exploitation room and OCB switch room to rear side of SSTP partition or any other storage location within the building as shown by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling carefully the workstation fabricated in aluminium partition from LIM room located in GF, transporting to FF exploitation room and reassembling the partition at the location marked by the engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Waterproofing of slabs, shade projections etc. using Sika Latex ® SBR latex or SBR latex of other approved brands like FOSROC or Dr Fixit in the following steps.

1. Pretreatment of substrate by wire brushing with water jet to remove loose mortar or other friable particles, oil, grease, dirt rust, scale, paint, cement laitance, old coatings and any other contaminants or deleterious materials which reduces bond or contributes to corrosion, 2. Preparing grout of proportion by volume 1 : 4 : 8 (1 SikaLatex® SBR : 4 Water : 8 Cement) 3. Applying first coat by brush in order to obtain a thin layer. 4. Applying the 2nd coat after 1st coat is dry, approximately 4-6 hrs between two coats. 5. Applying a protective coat of 6 mm cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) about 2 hours after application of second coat. 6. Giving 3 to 5 days curing by covering with wet rag/hessian cloth and sprinkling water intermittently. The following precautions shall be taken. During application, the mixture needs to be continuously stirred to prevent the cement particles from settling. Prepared material must be used with in 20- 30 minutes depending upon temperature humidity etc. Ponding with water shall not be done Note: Steps 2 to 4 are for Sika Latex ® SBR latex. Application instructions given by the specific manufacturer shall be strictly followed.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing in required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing to the existing door frame

24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ‘H’ section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. ‘U’ cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).

Checking the soil waste lines from first floor W side ladies toilet, till septic tank for chokage, pressure clearing such blocks, inclding checking for leakage. Replacement of damaged pipe sections as well as fittings, and their jointing to be paid for separately.

Providing and laying on walls or in ground PVC soil wate or vent PVC pipes of pressure class 6kg/cm2 including jointing with sealant, excavation and backfilling all complete.
